I am just a few months shy of being 60 years old, and in all my life I have NEVER been treated like I have been at Invision Eye Health. I had an appointment this morning, called nicely to explain I had a problem and apologized for being late. I was told I would have a long wait if I came in. I am not able to do that because of work schedule. Then I talked with my boss and was encouraged to still go. I called back, asked to speak with Kelsey again, and Allison began to interrogate me as to who was calling, and told me she would help me. I felt like I was on trial; told her that I didnt appreciate being treated this way, and that they have now lost a good patient. I called back only to have her put the phone down and I heard how horribly she was misrepresenting me with the staff she was talking with. I hung up, went in to request my records, and asked to leave a message for Amy and Dallace, and was told they wouldnt be there until Monday. I told her that was too late, and that I refused to be treated the way I was. She promptly tried to defend herself, and tell me how right she was and how wrong I was. You never do that to a patient or a customer! I told her my plan was to go to the Better Business Bureau, which I will do shortly. She then called a woman in the back office by name (Laurie), who came out and rudely told me I would have to leave or she would call the police. I felt like I was in a bar and the bouncer was throwing me out. I have spent several thousand dollars with these people. And frankly, the glasses I am wearing are the most expensive I have ever owned (over $800) and the worst ones I have ever had. I have complained about them many times, and the only satisfaction is that I received was them adjusting the glasses, which only lasts for about 2 days. I am not hard on glasses and take very good care of them. These people are nothing more than a ripoff money machine. I will let everyone I come in contact with know to avoid them at all costs! I am so sad that I have referred and sent a number of people here. Again, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office in my life! There is NO concern for the medical care and problems of the patient; only a nazi type attitude from the office!!! BEWARE!!!!

I have been going to InVision for well over 10 years. Ive always been very happy with the service Ive received. They always seem very caring and professional. Ive seen both Dr. White Dr. C for routine eye exams and have been very happy with both of them and the staff. Two weeks ago I had to go in for a problem with a contact lens - something different from my routine yearly eye exam. I was seen by Dr. Snow and he was very helpful and very thorough! He explained things to me in laymens terms even though I work in the Ophthalmology (pets) business. He made sure I understood what he was saying and was very patient with me when I had questions. He was very compassionate and genuinely concerned. I went back in a week later to recheck and seen Dr. Snow again and he was every bit as compassionate and caring as the first time. However, upon returning home I replaced my contact as he instructed me to do and very quickly had the same problem as before. I returned that afternoon, very frustrated (with my condition, NOT the doctor or clinic) and very quickly was seen by another doctor who was every bit as compassionate and willing to help out as Dr. Snow. Dr. Snow came back in to see me as well. They did another exam and then after consulting with each other, determined that we had one more option - a different brand of contact lens and they gave me one to try and it is so much better! It isnt quite as comfortable as the original one, but I can see through it and that is a 98% improvement! I cant say enough about how wonderful the staff and doctors are at InVision Eye Health! I will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks! Thank you all!

Called for an appt for contacts and asked about price it would be. Wouldnt get an actual amount but was told my insurance would cover. Once I showed up they stated it was only covered for glasses but for contacts it would be anywhere from $49 to $1600 and they wouldnt know until the end depending on my rx. which I thought it was ridiculous that they couldnt quote me. Finally I went on with the appt. It took 2 hrs. (normal ones are 1 hr or less) most of it spent doing test by a tech and she even started figuring out my RX, it wasnt until later the actual doctor came in to verify my RX. kept leaving and sending techs to run more tests Ive always worn contacts and my appts never lasted so long and I usually spend most of the time with the docs not the techs. FInally after two hours or mostly testing by techs. I was told that I actually had to pay for the visit and would only be refunded back 50 once I went back again to see another doctor so that they could bill it under their name so the insurance would pay for it...... Wasted time only to pay more than other places and would have to go back for another exam before they actually bill insurance. -would not recomend

Dr White and his staff are phenomenal! I have seen him for over 10 years and get the best service and the most quality explanations I have ever received. My husband loves Dr. Capstick. She worked with him for over 30 minutes to get his eyes to be 20/20 this has never happened prior in his 28 years. He still cannot stop raving about the clarity and difference he now has. Lastly, my son suffers from PTSD and is incredibly nervous of medical procedures and professionals. However Dr. Sargent (sp?) Was amazing taking extra time prior to the exam to establish a good trusting bond, talk suprheros, and to tell about his children. My son has never been so confident in a Healthcare provider as he was here. Thank you to you entire staff for all that you do. Really your thoughtfulness and quality of care have exceeded every expectation I have ever had

I love this place. Jennifer Jones is seriously the best. She has helped me on numerous occasions. I have two kids in glasses and she made them both feel so cool and special for "getting" to wear glasses. My son got his first pair of glasses today and she absolutely went above and beyond to make sure he got the glasses that worked the best for him and me. She taught him how to properly care for his glasses, how to put them on without stretching them. My little 5 year old left that store bouncing in excitement. She personally worked it out so that we were able to get the lens cut and fitted today. I know I am rambling but it was such a positive experience. We look for her when we go in and we are willing to come back if she isnt there. We have had positive experiences with other staff members as well but Jenn is our favorite!
