if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Their schedule says they are open 7am on Wednesday. I went there at 7am, and they were NOT open. This is already a terrible place to go to because there are protestors in RARE FORM outside the bldg before they even open. I was harassed by the protesters yelling after me until I took off in my car and hid behind the bldg. I waited there until (7:22 am) I saw a woman dressed in scrubs park back there and ask her if they are open. She said the door was open and made me enter the front where I was again, attacked by protestors.They will actually heckle and yell after you on their megaphones and even approach you with pamphlets.When me and another patients mom told reception, they just say "well call someone". So after being harassed, I sat in there for almost 2 hours. they charged me $15 for a pregnancy test when I already told them I know Im pregnant. I wanted to know about the price of some services, but the nurse would not tell me anything. All she did was schedule me for an ultrasound and try to charge me more, without answering any of my questions. Basically I got charged $15 to be harassed by a bunch of psycho Jesus freaks. I will definitely NEVER EVER come near that place again.

My experience was pretty much good. The staff was kind, The services I needed was done, and I had no other issues. The negatives about this place: 1) protesters are out there yelling at u through a loud ass megaphone. They dont know what you are there for but whatever the reason to them is a sin. We arrived in a drop top the individual came & stuck his entire are thru the car when I complained the staff a manager came in and took a statement to report them.. 2) I have excellent insurance so when they told me I owed $480 I was hesitant to pay it. My insurance sent out an explanation of benefits weeks later and as I originally thought they paid everything but $50..these effn idiots over charged me $430. If they dont reimburse me the money asap I will be contacting the local and state insurance administration & medical boards. Other than that Im good

Brittni Sieders review is obviously a fake, as well as other apparent pro-life fake reviews. Its very illegal to "restrain" a patient. The only settings where they might restrain someone is in a hospital or psychiatric unit, and even then you need signed permission from more than one person. If a patient refuses care or cries, you always stop. Thats just how it is everywhere. I admit PP doesnt always have the most skilled phlebotomists, but thats not their forte. I still found them to be nice, even when Im correcting them.

I had the worst experience here I was crying in pain and I was restrained to the table and once they were done the nurses left and didnt say two words to me. This nasty old women pomed me several times and got mad because she couldnt find a vein eventhough I donate plasma twice a week and those medical professionals have no problems finding veins. I will never regret my desicion however it was a truly traumatic experience to say the least

Havent even been in yet but after being on the phone with a woman in the office I hope I never have to go to this location. She was very rude and unprofessional over the phone as if she just didnt want to be there or do her job. Not very helpful or informative either.

I just wanted some contraceptives for my boyfriend but instead of helping me they convinced me to abort my baby come to find out I wasnt even pregnant they seriously need to figure things out
