My compliments are to the Physicians Assistant that works there, Mr. Cole (actually 5 stars for him and his care). After a wrong diagnosis (and horror experience) at a Concentra in Chicago, he immediately ordered an MRI and got me referred to a specialist. He spent all the time with me that I asked for and took the time to connect with me on a personal level. The medical assistant was very warm and friendly too and also took time to get to know me as a patient. The office staff gets zero stars for being clueless and not communicating with each other. I had my records sent from the Chicago Concentra, but they claimed that Chicago never sent anything. They asked ME for their number. I said, "Theyre part of your company, cant you get their number?" The reply was "no...we dont have a directory". So I told them I would sit in the waiting area going through my email on my phone to see if I could locate it. Finally one of them wised up enough to look it up online. After all that, another medical assistant walked in and said "Oh, we have his records. Chicago faxed them yesterday." The front office staff were so unorganized they didnt know what was going on. I was there for over 4 hours on my first visit trying to get all of this sorted out, waiting to be seen, etc. I almost left.

i was the only one in the waiting room. the only patient in the entire clinic. it was between 12pm and 2 pm. there were 5 employees behind the counter. after i arrived, i waited about 45 minutes before they brought me back for a regular physical. all i needed was a physical. so after 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby, i was finally brought back. i waited in the doctor office room for about 10 minutes. (again, no one was in the clinic). doctor was nice. straightforward. did his job. i was just so bugged that it took soooo long to see me when i was the only one in there and there were 5 people behind the desk.

I went in to this clinic because the took my insurance. I am one of those people who have white coat syndrome. My blood pressure increases due to nerves and such. I detest going to doctors! The front desk associates were very polite. There was a nice male nurse who made me feel very comfortable by making small talk and joking with me. The doctor was pleasant and took his time. Unfortunately, I tested positive for strep. I received a phone call two days later inquiring how I felt. Great experience from an urgent care clinic. I will be back... ONLY when I dont feel good :)

I walked in at 10:30 or so and explained that my two-year-old daughter had a cat bite that was showing signs of infection. The front office lady explained to me that the doctor (Dr. Dowling) was an occupational therapist not a pediatrician and that she may not be comfortable seeing her, but the doctor was okay with it and SO friendly and good to my daughter. She took me seriously and even praised me and wanted to make sure my daughter was still nursing well when I asked if it was alright if I nursed her. It was worth the hour and a half wait to see her.

The staff at Concentra were exceptional. Everyone worked hard to make the visit as pleasant as possible even with the longer than usual wait time. They provided bottled water and snacks while I waited and were not stingy at all about the amount of water I had. I didnt expect that kind of visit from a place I only went to get a physical at. They obviously wanted me to keep me happy lol. I had to miss lunch with all the things I had going on so HUGE THANKS!

Work related injury. Saw PT or a month. Lost my paperwork after being referred to specialist. Told my employer I never showed up a to follow ups. I scanned and I emailed paperwork to prove I was there and they screwed up. Took 3 weeks to get appointment. Another 2 weeks for the appointment. Took 3 more weeks for an MRI, then refused sedative even after explaining Im claustrophobic. Bad experience with them. Seeing new doc now.

Staff was professional and courteous. However it took a while for me to go back, and a while for the doctor to provide me with my physical. Due to the wait, i missed my drug test screening. They were busy that day so it is understandable. But besides the wait it was a good experience.

I was told it would be 30 minutes wait time and Id be in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Well, 2.5 hours later I was finally leaving. Hours are horrible. What type of urgent care is only open 8-5 Monday through Friday?

I went in on a Tuesday morning around 8:30am to get checked for strep throat. There were only 3 other people in the waiting room and I was seen, given a prescription, and billed all within an hour.

Great place...I had my DOT physical their and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff and The Doctor were wonderful. I wont go anywhere else anymore...A+ in my book.
