Three years ago, I had a horrible experience with a dentist in Scottsdale and was later referred by another dental specialist to Dr. Maro of Dental Design of Arcadia. I was skeptical at first due to what I previously went through but it turned out to be the best dental decision I had ever made. I used to hate going to the dentist, but with this practice, you feel like youre at home from the moment you enter. At the front desk, Alexis or Brittany will greet you with a warm smile, and they are extremely courteous and friendly. My dental hygienists name is Lindsay and she is amazing. She is very nice and extremely professional. She takes her time and shows great pride in her work. My teeth feel so clean afterward and I wish I could go to her every month. Ask for her specifically - you won’t be disappointed. Dr. Maro is very personable, professional and understanding. He takes his time answering questions you may have without making you feel like you are bothering him. The dental technology he has at his practice is outstanding. An example: I needed a cap put on my tooth and I always had issues with having molds done of my teeth. He scanned my tooth with some wand that looked like it came out of Star Trek, used a cool computer program and made a cap for my tooth which turned out to be more perfect then my original tooth. All of this was done without any nasty goop in my mouth…Yay! Dr. Maro’s dental assistant Cheryl Lynn is equally as impressive as Lindsay. Once again a nice, personable, extremely professional employee who takes pride in what she does. You just cannot go wrong making Dental Design of Arcadia your home if you are looking for a dental practice that provides the newest and most effective dental technology available combined with a staff that is friendly, professional and holds themselves to a higher standard of customer service. Everyone here takes great pride in their profession and I guarantee you will be just as thrilled as I am making Dental Design of Arcadia your dentistry home.

Wonderful! Everyone Ive had the pleasure of meeting (especially Alexis in the front office) has been quite friendly and courteous. After 5 years of neglecting my oral health (I thought itd only been 2years), I finally sought dental care after being forced into it by a broken tooth! Dr. Elza and his assistant Olivia were awesome! Non judgmental, friendly, fun. They diagnosed a couple acute problems (2 cavities), discussed some different treatment options, and helped me make the right decision for me. After getting my more acute problems fixed, I finally saw Amy for general cleaning and complete dental survey. She was great! She was quite thorough yet gentle. She & Dr. Elza found some emerging problems (old crown opening and very old bridge fracturing) which will be addressed in the coming months. I also very much appreciate their efficiency on the billing end as well. Before I leave the office, Eileen has estimated my out of pocket responsibility for any upcoming treatment, so there is no surprise billing after the fact. Thank you Dental Design of Arcadia! I feel that Im well on the way to better oral health!

The staff at Dental Design of Arcadia, especially the receptionists, really make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. The lobby is very comfortable and features a well stocked fridge of beverages for while you wait. The dental assistants I have encountered were very professional and friendly taking my x-rays and preparing me for my dental exam. My hygienist was wonderful and took every effort to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed during my cleaning. Dr. Maro was also very friendly and took the time to explain to me my options for upcoming needed procedures and clearly remembered me and my dental history the next time I visited. I really have to mention the reception staff again, because before my last appointment they made sure to contact me and let me know the office was running behind slightly and allowed me to move my appointment time back so I wouldnt have to wait in the office any longer than normal. Oddly enough, I am actually looking forward to my next dental appointment in 6 months (a new phenomenon for me!).

My family have been patients of Dr. Maro for probably 20+ years going back to his original practice in New York. In 2004 when I heard he was moving to Scottsdale and opening a practice I was ecstatic, because he did such great work with all of my family members and myself over the years. I have been a patient of Dr. Maros in Arizona since he arrived and probably going back to the late 80s or so in New York! I am a long-term client and highly recommend his services. I have had everything from a basic checkup to cavity fill done by Dr. Maro and his team of professionals and I cannot say enough good things about his practice; they are informative, personable, and make the dentist experience something I look forward to! When my wife and I have a child, Dr. Maro will be the dentist we take him/her to and will be the 4th generation of my family to use his services. Again, you will not go wrong with Dental Design of Arcadia, all of the staff are professional and ensure your experience is positive and productive.

Over the past couple of months, I have been going to Dental Design for some extensive dental work. Each time I went, the staff were very friendly and ready for me when I arrived at the office. From the receptionist to Dr. Maros dental assistant, they were organized and ready to begin my dental procedures. Dr. Maro was very concerned about my comfort at all times and did not rush any of my procedures until I was comfortable and pain-free. After particularly long procedures, Dr. Maro did call me during the evening to verify that I did not have any lingering complications. I have not experienced that type of follow up with any other dentists I have been to in the past. I am very happy with the results of my extensive dental work and highly recommend Dental Design of Arcadia and Dr. Maro for their professionalism in both their treatment of their patients and the treatment that their patients receive from their dental group.

I highly recommend Dr Maro and his team! Today I had my first partial crown and to be honest had delayed the work for over a year due fears of having a painful experience. The procedure was executed flawlessly and in less than two hours I was walking out the door. Its amazing that they can do this all in one day and I did not need a temporary crown and have to return after the crown was made. They have all the equipment to take the mold and create the crown on site. Not one twinge of pain and was provided earphones and choice of music to block out the sound of the drill. Dr Maro and his staff were very professional and did everything possible to make the experience positive. I have been getting my check-ups and teeth cleaning at Dental Design for the past 2 years and would recommend this team for all your dental needs. Thank you!

Dental Design of Arcadia has my loyalty, the reason why is because of the gentle, kind and considerate attention and treatment my family and I have received from their expert and attentive care for many years. Dr. Maro is a caring, gentle and dedicated to his patients, hes always happy to visit with you and go over everything with you when small or major work is required. There have been times when I had to postpone work due to financing and I have never felt pushed or made to feel uncomfortable in any way, on the contrary they have been most helpful in getting me the assistance I needed. Our hygienist, Amy is wonderful and perfect for my husband who was terrified of getting his teeth cleaned. He had very negative experiences in the past but Dental Design of Arcadia changed all that. I would absolutely recommend them!
