I took my son to Brookstone in 2015, My son was nervous about getting a tooth pulled and Dr. Goldring was absolutely amazing with him, letting him know what was going to happen and kept him calm and reassured the whole time. All in all, it was a great experience! Fast forward to nearly a year later and now Ive got a broken tooth, and the night before my sons birthday party! The amazing office staff squeezed me in the first thing in the morning! And when I had to return to finish the dental work, the experience was just as great as the previous visits! The waiting area is nice, has a tv, snacks, and a mini fridge with beverages. (They even had a special toy chest for the kids to pick out a treat after their appointments!) The exam rooms were very spacious, enough room for both my husband and I to be with our son. The staff, they are the nicest medical office staff Ive ever dealt with!! From the front desk to billing (Sonny) to the dental assistant (Chuy) and Dr. Goldring, everybody always had a smile on their face and were incredibly nice and accommodating! It seems apparent that everyone working there truly enjoys working there. I had a complicated dental issue that had me going into the office multiple times, and EVERY time I was there I was greeted with a smile. Dr. Goldring was very patient with me and took such great care of me. I never felt rushed (even though my initial appointment was squeezed in around other patients!). He explained every step of the process and all of my options so that I could make an educated decision for my treatment. I am so very thankful that Dr. Goldring was able to fix my dental issues and in a timely manner that fit my schedule. I am actually looking forward to going back for regular cleanings! Dr. Goldring took care of me and my son, I would definitely recommend him and Brookstone Dental to anyone!!!!

Ive been coming to this dentist office since July of 2014. Prior to coming to this dental office I had traumatic experiences at other dentistry that I was very leary and skeptical to give another dentist office a shot. My first initial visit had such a great impact on my decision to proceed with this office Dr.Goldring. His integrity, his honesty, and his kindness, his attention to detail is what sealed the deal! Not to mention that I had such a traumatizing experience I had getting my wisdom teeth pulled out at a different office, that I was refusingredients to get the remaining two pulied out. He assured that I was in good hands and I wouldnt feel a thing, he was right! I felt absolutely no pain, it was then that I new that this would be where I would continuse to come for my dental work. The staff is absolutely amazing! theyre very welcoming, theyre compassionate and Tania the manger has been great to me and I couldnt have asked for a better group, whove have become more like friends then aquatances. I live close to an hour away from the office and even though it is quite a drive the hospitality and the doctors works thats is given to me here is what has continued to have me proceed to care here. Not only do I have most of my family coming here, I highly recommend all of you to come experience all the great things Ive encountered here. By far the best dentist office you could possibly have!!! Thank you Brookstone Dental for all that you do!!

Wow is all I can say! I am that bad dental patient that hadnt been to the dentist since high school and was deathly afraid of going back! Brookstone dental care completely took that fear away... Being there didnt even feel like I was at the dentist. The office is so warm and comforting like you are in a home and the moment you walk in they make you feel like family. The cleaning with Judy was perfection, like catching up with your best friend. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail eased all my fears. She taught me so much about how to care for my teeth and I do believe she may be the FASTEST flosser I have ever met! It was pretty darn impressive! Dr.Goldring is just the coolest!. He never made me feel bad about my horrible dental care, just simply educated me on what I needed to do to keep my teeth in perfect condition! Not only that but he is so incredibly personable and I felt like he TRULY cared about me as a person. That is hard to find in the world we live in. I am so passionate about amazing businesses and I just had to share my experience with you. Because I know that this is the best place to be and I plan to keep coming back here and send my many generations here until there is no more Brookstone! Thank you Brookstone for an incredible experience. And for helping this California girl feel at home in a new state! See you in 6 months!!

Worst Dentist ever. Went there under the pretext that I would only get my teeth cleaned. Told them my insurance ran out soon. They said no problem. When I arrived they wanted X-rays and evaluation, I said no, this resulted in an argument. Finally Dentist agreed he would not charge me for the X-rays, only the teeth cleaning. 2 Weeks later I am at another dentist because of the lousy work they did which cost me $100.00 cash to fix their screw up,. I ask you what kind of an idiot screws up teeth cleaning? About a month after that, they started sending me a bill for $95.00 that they claimed the insurance wouldnt pay for. The insurance only covered standard teeth cleaning which is what I wanted and they agreed to to do with NO out of pocket to. They would call constantly wanting there money. I said NO. I told them I am an old VET on a fixed income, but they didnt care, they wanted there money. They should be paying me $100.00 I had to spend to fix their screw up. These are scum bags who care about nothing and treat Vets like dirt, boycott these clowns.

I found Brookstone Dental Care through a post card that I received in the mail. I generally only go to doctors and dentists that have been referred to me by friends and family, but I am so glad that I decided to try them because they are wonderful!! The office always has such a warm energy and everyone is incredibly nice and supportive. I rarely ever have to wait, they always provide the highest level of care, and I feel that they truly care about me and my health. I also brought my mom in recently, who is always terrified to go to the dentist, and she loved them! I was incredibly appreciative of how they took their time with her and how gentle they were with her. She liked them so much that she actually said she would most likely come back for additional work when she comes back to town!! And, to top it all off, I received a $100 gift card for referring her for the dental work that she received! I would highly recommend Brookstone Dental Care - Dr. Goldring, Brittany (hygienist), Shawn (dental assistant), and all of the staff are amazing!!

I have been going to Brookstone Dental Care since I moved here in 2014. When I moved here from NY I was in a panic trying to find someone to match the quality of care I had received from my family dentist since I was a child. My husband and I lived close to the office, so I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and was VERY nervous. As soon as I was done getting my exam and having my teeth cleaned I knew that I had hit the jackpot!! Dr. Goldring is AMAZING! I am very particular about my teeth and he has exceeded all of my "dentist" check sheet requirements! He will not let you leave until you are satisfied with his work. The office staff is very friendly and has amazing customer service skills. Sean and Judy are amazing as well. They are very knowledgable and make you feel very comfortable during the visit. I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking to change or new to the area.
