Dr. Bailey and his staff are simply amazing. My son has been a patient at West Valley Pediatric Dentistry for 6 years. I always knew they were kind, patient and went out of their way to please, but upon reading a friends Facebook post and her nightmarish experience I felt compelled to write a review. I am the mother of an autistic son w/ extreme sensory disorders. Dr. Bailey & his staff really know how to connect and make my child feel at ease. In the beginning it was rough but they were with me every step of the way. My friend however wasnt as fortunate as I. She is out of state and her dentist turned her autistic son down. Flat out refused to service him. I was mortified to hear this, who turns away a child!?! Well apparently lots of dentist do and its completely legal. Its not considered discrimination and the children usually ends up getting dental care in hospitals. How scary! I have the luxury of taking my son to a calm well decorated child friendly office. Imagine the horror of taking your small child to a scary hospital. How awful! I wish there were more stars because this team/ family at West Valley Pediatric is a dream. If you have a child on the spectrum or just one that may be scared of dentist I would highly recommend this amazing office. I really cant say enough just how much I appreciate them. Thank you immensely Dr. Bailey and your wonderful staff

We love West Valley Smiles West Valley Pediatric Dentistry! I have 4 kids ages 10, 8, 5, 1. This is a great place for all of them. I feel confident that we will be happy here for years to come. We just changed over to WVPD because of insurance issues with our last dentist. I really liked our last pediatric dentist and I was not overly thrilled about switching but WVPD made the transition a great experience. I needed to get two of my kids in right away for some fillings before our Benny card expired and they worked so amazingly to get us into their schedule at the last minute. I felt like I was being such a pain but they were completely helpful and accommodating. Everyone is so nice and friendly- the receptionist, the office manager, the hygienists and of course the dentist. Dr. Bailey is very personable, professional, competent and great with kids. Hes just a really nice guy and I feel comfortable having him care for my kids. Also, their office doesnt feel super sterile and stuffy like an typical dentist for adults. Their office is super cute and kid friendly. They have a fun ocean theme and a play boat in the waiting room and also a cool shark themed room for kids that need to rest when they get sedated. My kids actually talk about being excited to go to "the shark dentist." Overall, we found our experience to be excellent!

While raising 4 kids, I have been to countless appointments with several different Pediatric Dentists, before going to West Valley Pediatric Dentistry. I can honestly say Dr. Sam and his staff are far superior to any other dentists I have ever taken my kids to. His staff is top notch. They made my children feel comfortable right off the bat. They are very professional, yet explain what is happening to the kids in “kid’s language” which takes away any fear they might have. Dr. Sam is very competent and I feel my children are getting the best quality care available. My children (and teenager) actually look forward to going to dentist, even when they are getting a cavity filled. Even though I live closer to other pediatric dentists, it is worth the extra miles for the care my children receive. I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone who loves their children! 

The staff is so friendly and welcoming!! The beautiful girl, Deann, at the front desk remembers me and my girls every time we come in, even after 6 months! My kids love to play on the sail boat bow built in the lobby while we wait, which is almost never more than a couple of minutes. The dental assistants are so great! They are so good at making my girls as comfortable as possible when they are nervous. Dr. Bailey is amazing! Hes so sweet to my girls even when they are difficult! And he is very knowledgable about every question I have. I feel very comfortable leaving my daughters dental health in his very capable hands! I initially came to this office because it was so close to my house, but even after moving 20 mins away, I wouldnt even consider changing dentists. Everyone is wonderful at West Valley Pediatric dentistry!!!!

My sister referred me to Aloha Dental but they couldnt see my two daughters until a month out (based on the timeframe I wanted). So I did my own thorough research and came across West Valley Pediatric Dentistry. I read reviews on several Pediatric Dentistry. Despite the fact that WV Pediatric Dentistry wasnt the nearest Pediatric Dentistry in my area, in which I wanted, WV Pediatric Dentistry had high ratings. So I gave them a try. My two year old had to get some major work done. The Dr stated to me, "If she was my daughter, I will work on her teeth as if she is. Ill take care of her." Dr Bailey is such a genuine and caring person. Hes much more than just a Dr....

I absolutely love love bringing my 9 children here. For the last 5 years or so..My oldest is now 18 years old my baby 3 years, we have experience just about all there is, Pediatric Samuel Bailey and staff has always maid it a wonderful calm time. My kids love coming here . Lovely place. Friendly people. They help me bring all my kids in only 1 or 2 appointments making my life so much easier. Always attentive to my children making them comfortable. Very patient. For the past 5 years Ive been bringing my kids here and will continue for the many child years to come.. Awesome and blessed place for kids...Thank you ..

My son had an extraction of one of his teeth. He loved how "cool" they made him feel in the Shark Tank. I loved how informative all the staff is. Answered all my questions. My daughter is autistic and they were very understanding when she didnt want to lay still for her check up. For her, the whole Disney and sea theme helped her feel more relaxed and comfortable. For her that helps so much. Already recommending this dentist office to friends & family. Thank you west valley pediatric dentistry! Has been a while since Ive found a good dentist for my kids!!!

I have never had better care for my son. He has Autism and is sometimes not the easiest patient. The entire staff are always so wonderful with him and he is still just fine walking in the door for each appointment. He recently required anesthesia to receive his treatment and everything about it was a smooth process. I was very impressed with how organized they were and how everything was handled. Dr. Bailey and the anesthesiologist came out and talked me through the process prior to us going back which put me at ease. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I love this office! I recently took my one year old son to their office for his first dentist appointment and we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed, they worked with what my son would allow them to do and had a great attitude the entire time. Dr. Bailey was great with my son and answered all the questions I had, as well as giving me advice on how to help prevent him from having cavities in the future. The atmosphere in this office screams kid friendly. I highly recommend this office to anyone with children!
