soy Aries Andrade fui paciente del doctor David Blanco despues de una evalucion que ellos me hicieron me estaban cobrando mucho dinero que yo no podia pagar por una limpieza y yo decidi buscar otro dentista que pudiera darme un mejor precio, despues de cambiar de dentista llame a la oficina del doctor Blanco para que transfirienran mi record pero la manager se nego a darme Mi informacion. Nate Cornwell me estaba ayudando a poder conseguir mi record yo le firme una autorizacion para que la oficina del Doctor Blanco le pudiera dar mi record ya que ellos dijeron que solo con una autorizacion le podian dar mi record pero a un asi se negaron, ellos le cobraron a mi aseguranza un servicio que yo NO recibi y y a pasado un mes y ellos siguen si regresar el dinero a mi aseguranza. Ellos estan con una Actitud muy mala e inprofecional nosotros lo unico que queremos es que regresen a mi aseguranza el dinero que cobraron por un servicio que yo NO recibi y de esa manera yo poder tener mi limpieza. Es la primera vez que paso por una experiencia tan mala con un dentista.

After dealing with the office manager , Desiree, I cannot recommend their services. I received a suspicious bill and called the office up. Looking at my EOB from my insurance I can see that they billed my insurance and me for services that were not rendered. Desiree, is curt and obstinate to help. My insurance is launching a fraud investigation. Trying to get information like details of services rendered will cost you $25* and heartburn. I will provide an update explaining the outcome. Update 1 Has time to update google reviews but not return calls or emails. I am authorized and a release form was signed. Refused to give a copy of the record. I am not the patient, but I am helping the ESL single mother.Notice how I didnt remark on anything other than my office interaction. I thought it was cute when they hid in the back office because I was waiting to speak with Blanco directly. They called the Taylorsville police because I was waiting in the lobby with my little daughter to speak with the man in charge of the circus . Empty parking lot but he was too busy to speak with me. He doesnt respect people enough to deal with them with honesty Update 2 : Who reviews themselves and gives 5 stars. Maybe he is diluting his reviews to look better. I would enjoy changing my review if he called/emailed me back and we could talk about results.I am very reasonable *their new pt form states $16 / hour and/or 15 cents per page. they will not transfer your records and they lied about information to the new office.

Best experience at the dentists office Ive ever had! Remarkably polite staff (across the board), TVs/headphones while having your mouth worked on, follow-up phone call the day after my appointment to make sure my mouth felt okay. Highly recommend!! We love this place! we first started coming here because they have a lot to of to offer for new patients. It was very worth it for us. We have been going there for five years and love it. The staff is really professional. Dr. Blanco is really thorough. Each time I take my kids there, they have TV/ games and not to mention but there is always snacks and prizes. There have been times when I may have needed work on my front teeth and they opted not to do it which I always find nice. Not until absolutely necessary. I think the prices are great compared two other dentist. I did check around. I also have never had to wait very long. Theyre very prompt in my opinion.

I have visited Redwood Dental on numerous occasions, and my experience with Dr. Blanco and his staff has always been a positive experience. Ive had implants placed, and laser surgery, and Dr. Blanco made these procedures comfortable. Im definitely happy with the results! Dr. Blanco is very knowledgeable and takes his time to help understand the procedure, and is very courteous and professional. The office manager did a great job of walking me through the insurance procedure and I had no trouble with financing my cosmetic procedures. The support staff members are always friendly and greet you with big smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Dr. Blanco!

Their office misquoted me on work. I paid them every visit and months later they came back saying that they wanted more money. They had items pre-approved by our insurance, and ended up trying to bill the insurance multiple times for the same services, which were rejected. I asked multiple times for an explanation of charges and for the mis quote, which they refused to provide. They are now trying to take us to court for their 1000.00 mistake/fraud.

I have been seeing Dr. Blanco and his staff for years and they are great! I have never had any issues with service or billing, they make going to the dentist easy and painless. I recently had a dental emergency and Dr. Blanco was able to help me even though it was a weekend! I have never had this kind of service with any other provider. Thanks for all you do!

I love love my Dentist!! Dr. Blanco is amazing & he really does whats best for his patients!! He made a treatment plan for me & got everything all taken care of in less than a month with a total of 4 visits!! Im cavity free & Im excited to get my braces off. Ive scheduled my husband a visit because he will be our regular dentist. Thank you Dr. Blanco!!

But despite all the drama in my life, Dr. Blanco and his excellent staff have dealt honestly with me, and are really good at dealing with difficult mouths and even patients that are having trouble complying with his recommendations.
