Great experience. I got one of their flyers in the mail for $19 cleaning. They were able to schedule me the next week. I filled out some paper work and started my appointment within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. The front desk, assistants, dentists and hygienists, are extremely nice. During X-rays, the dentist introduced himself and got to know me. During my exam the dentist informed me of a small cavity I had. He went through the options and discussed preventative care the a good healthcare practitioner. Being a student with no insurance, they were willing to work with me on the pricing and were very nice about everything with complete understanding. I will continue to go there for all my dental work.

I had a tooth extraction, I was advised I needed a bone graft and that they had called and my insurance would pay all but 50.00, I didnt want to do it but they said I couldnt have an implant if I didnt get a bone graft then. I did, my insurance didnt cover because it turns out I didnt need it. The bone graft rejected because it wasnt needed and I had it removed for the costs of over 1,000.00, by another surgeon, who stated I didnt need it and with it being removed could still have an implant my jaw bone was just fine. That surgeon had 20 years of experience and stated that this was really wrong and when he contacted Dr Brown that he was very defensive. This also cost me a lot of time off work..Susan D

We live out of state but always schedule a dental visit for the entire family whenever we are in town visiting relatives. We stumbled upon this office years ago when our son had a toothache. We got in the next morning and instantly knew we would not go to any other dentist back home but schedule with Dr. Drew every time we visit the Phoenix area. His staff can always fit us in the week we are visiting and we look forward to our dental appointments as part of our vacations. Dr. Drew and his staff are very professional but also fun and laid back. They relate so well to each of my kids. I have and will continue to recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist in the valley.

I have to say that my experience here was great! I had to have procedures which I hadnt had done before, the staff put me at ease. Kenny truly enjoys his job and was able to answer my questions. Dr. Brown was able to extract my tooth with no pain and very quickly. I am very happy with my visits. The office is clean and modern with friendly front office staff. My experience was great and I am hopeful that yours will be just as good or better.

Dr. Drew Brown and his staff continue to impress me. During my latest visit for a checkup, a shallow buckle filling had become discolored and had flaked off during the exam. Dr. Drew was able to repair it during the same visit, in quick time and at reasonable cost. The resulting filling looked much better than the original. I am very pleased with the expertise, efficiency, and versatility of Scottsdale Family Dentistry.

I have been going to this office for several years and have had excellent service. What really clinched it for me was that my daughter had already started braces somewhere else and after her initial exam Dr. Brown said that she really didnt need braces. At the time she was kinda young and was too soon to determine so i got them removed against the advice of the other orthodontist. 4 years later she still doesnt need braces.

Scottsdale Family Dentistry is a very professionally run, friendly dentist office. The front desk is courteous, helpful and friendly. The staff is excellent (Taylor and Mr F are wonderful), and Dr Brown is professional, friendly, and a real nice guy. They spend whatever amount of time is needed to make you feel comfortable, and to do the job right. The office is state of the art and has all the customer amenities.

Love this office! My hygienist, Taylor, is awesome. She has that special extra care with patients to ensure you not only leave with clean teeth but know what proper care techniques you need in between visits. The people inside this office really care about the patient experience. I have always hated going to the dentist because of a bad experience I had as a kid. Everyone from Renee at the front desk to Taylor as a hygienist to Dr. Brown was really sensitive to my discomfort. I would recommend anyone of any age to start going to this office. Truly a wonderful experience!

I have never had any oral work done and I went to go get a couple cavities filled. Dr. Brown was very gentle and understanding that I was a little nervous for the fillings. I did not feel any pain whatsoever and it was over before I knew it. I was completely comfortable my entire visit. The staff was friendly and very nice. I definitely recommend this office!

Highly recommend this dentist office. The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I use to hate to go to the dentist until I found this one about 2 years ago. They understand that patients have busy lives and they get you in and out quickly. No waiting around in the lobby for a long time for them to call you back.

I went in for a root canal and crown. I was very pleased that Dr. Drew could do the root canal himself and not have to send me out to another office. Dr. Drew is a great guy, very personable and friendly, and is also very proficient with his dental work. The office is clean and the staff is very pleasant.
