This a horrible place to go first the front office staff treat you like a pill seeking drug addict extremely unprofessional and rude. They care more about the money My first visit they refused to see a patient who was 5 dollars short. I knew from that point I was not going to like it there already had a set prescription for a decade and insurance change and forced to end up here. I have complex issues and it took a lot of trial and error to find what worked for me. Explained this to the Nurse there are no doctors here. She felt she knew more and didnt like what an internal medicine physian was treating me for. Prescribed a medication that was 700 a month for 30 pills and they were to strong. Called three times and complained, all they kept telling me was to keep taking them. I reiterated that they are to strong and a lot of money I cant afford anyways, nothing but keep taking them. I endured the pain till my next visit and gave the nurse my bottle of 29 pills and then get in trouble. Why would I take something that is to strong and why would it be forced on me. It went even more downhill from there. This would be the last option to go. They are greedy, unprofessional and not about the patient but the bottom line.

Its such a refreshing experience to be treated like a person -- rather than a junkie -- when seeking relief from chronic pain. Dr. Mastrin is amazing; she doesnt pull punches and wont prescribe meds if theyre not necessary, but shes compassionate and incredible at her job. She also recognizes the utility of complementary and alternative medicine, and doesnt hesitate to make recommendations if she thinks a pain problem requires a more aggressive medical treatment (by this, I dont mean she hands out more pills. Rather, she suggests that some doctors are less willing to take aggressive corrective measures than others, and will suggest seeking a second opinion if a chronic pain problem isnt being treated aggressively enough).

A true five star rating! This group of medical professionals have exactly the right combination of a meaningful pain management focused approach, with a Sincere personal interest, "and" effort, to understand and give thoughtful feedback related to "my" specific condition. And I was treated with respect instead of suspicion, which is a common attitude lately among other less professional and less committed so called pain management places, especially since the pendulum has swung to far back in the other direction, and people like me have a real legitimate need for good pain management, and cant find it due to government overreach and lumping us all in the same pile of suspicion!!!

Pros: receptionist very nice Cons:false advertising, management and owners discriminating ,especially intake coordinator Kathy Hoover who will find made-up faults as to why they cant help you (AFTER) you paying the mandatory upfront cash or credit card payment first.my opinion SCAM BUSINESS with management passing the buck on to the owners.

Dr Mastrin is awesome she treats me like a person understands pain. Do not expect this to be a pill assembly line she may even lower your dose but the plan she gave me has gave me a whole new out look on how to treat day to day pain. Do not come here just looking for meds.
