This system is not working! It seems that very few people in this medical complex truly care about the over all well being of the patients and clients who have no choice but to rely on them. This is a small manageable medical community, yet the ball is continuously dropped by the medical personnel attending to them!!! We were assured those dropping the ball in urgent matters would be held accountable.....never happened. Support staff (i.e. receptionists ) should never have to apologize over and over for the short comings of the back office medical staff they work with. (I.e. medical assistants, referral personnel, physicians)
