I chose to visit Dr. Hammond based on his apparently stellar reviews here in Google. Unfortunately, my experience was nowhere near as positive as I had hoped. During our initial appointment where he rambled on about the decline of primary care and how he just wanted to focus on research, he told me all about his new plan to make his practice a subscription based model. All I had come for some annual blood work for cholesterol, but the appointment took over 90 minutes! Dr. Hammond asked me to come back to see him a week later to discuss the results. I did and was left waiting for 25 minutes past my appointment time before I had to leave for another appointment. Given that the tests were routine, I was sure that he or someone from his staff would offer me the courtesy of calling me to discuss the results and phone in a prescription for me. His "care coordinator", an RN named Jan, called me and advised in an unpleasant tone and without any hint of apology for having missed our appointment that I would have to reschedule. When I asked for her to relay a message to Dr. Hammond asking him to call me, she said that Dr. Hammond "does not typically call patients". A day later, I got a written message on their patient portal from Dr. Hammond saying that his practice coordinator would call me to discuss practice policy and that if I didnt want to come back in he wished me well. He even recommended another physician! For some involved diagnosis or for something where my physical presence was required, I would totally understand this demand for me to come in, but I see absolutely no reason why he couldnt call me to discuss. Your experience may vary, but I found the behavior of Dr. Hammond and his staff to be unprofessional, unhelpful and hugely disrespectful of my time. I wish Dr. Hammond the best of luck in the research field as I feel he has no business whatsoever seeing patients.

Walking out of this joke of a "clinic" now. Showed up 10 minutes late for a first time appointment. They told me I was late and they had to check to see if they could fit me in. Zero people waiting in the waiting room. Im paying with cash. Money. Actual money. It takes 10-15 minutes to fill out new patient paperwork. Lady comes back and says they have to reschedule me. Lol. I look around at no one behind me and laugh. Patient care? Right. Medical Clinic? What a joke. Dont go here if you need medical care or anyone who cares. *Same review I posted on Yelp****** And still I put in more effort into them then they even tried to care for me..... And I was paying cash... LOL. JUST A JOKE OF A MEDICAL CLINIC

My wife went into today see a doctor at 12:45pm. She had to leave the office due to confusion in the office. 1:30 she decided to leave after she watched other patients go in to see the doctor before her after waiting 45 minutes! She cancelled meeting in order to make this appointment work with upper management. This office had no professionalism nor consideration for working individuals time. We will never go here again due to the incompetence of the office and accommodation to meet a scheduled appointment. She now has to reschedule again with another clinic and took time away from her work schedule.

I have been a patient at Westminster Medical Clinic for the past 6 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences from the team! The providers are professional and take the time to get to know you as an individual in order to provide the best care. They really believe in treating the "whole" person as you will find a chiropractor, behavioral health counselor, health coach and lab all under one roof! Within the past year, I have moved to Conifer, CO and still make the trek in order to see my provider. I would recommend this clinic without reservation to anyone seeking real, quality care!

I am changing my review from a couple of weeks ago. After posting this, Dr. Villavert called me to clear things up, and the information the front desk attendant gave me was incorrect. The office does in fact test for Zika, and Dr. Villavert confirmed the information provided on the CDC website. She also stated that she is asking for more training for the front desk to make sure that they do not provide incorrect information like this in the future. I really appreciate Dr. Villaverts initiative in fixing this issue and talking with me directly about it.

My husband went to this clinic for a sleep disorder. They ran a bunch of tests on him and convinced him to take a anti-depressant that didnt work. They said everything would be covered under his insurance but really it was not. Then they sent him a huge bill and stalked him for months threatening to send it to collections. We finally paid the bill the other day and they are still stalking us. They even somehow got my name and are stalking me. What a bunch of incompetent fucktards! Never go to this clinic!

My family and I have been going there for over 35 years. Dr. Hammond is awesome. However, I just called to make an appointment and was informed that since it has been three years plus since I have been there that I am considered a "new" patient. That being so, I have to have a different appointment with a different Doctor, as Dr. Hammond does not see "new" patients.

I love going to this clinic, the employees are the best. I enjoyed my visits with Liz Nugent and Aubrey to the fullest. I was going to go back to Rocky Mountain Medical clinic, but no why leave a 5 star and go to a maybe 2 stars. I just hope they let me re schedule and meet the new doctors, because I do miss Aubrey my good friend. So please take me bac!!!

Not a good clinic. Received a letter saying I was no longer welcomed at or in their clinic because of a $20 fee that was not received within a 4 month period. Any reasonable business would have just waited and collected on the next visit, especially since we both just turned 50 and need the oh so necessary and dreaded col........

I have been going to this clinic for around 6 years and they have been nothing but great to me and my family. I have chronic pain and they have helped me so much in the last six years, more than any other clinic. I will not go anywhere else, Dr. Smith gives me as much time as I need when I go in to see her.

Dr. Scott McNab is an incredible chiropractor. He is knowledgeable, straight forward and professional. He has treated every concern I have with out ever relying on prescriptions. My husband is now a patient as well and couldnt be more pleased with the care and attention we get from McNab.

Ive seen Dr. Smith and PA Sara Goff for years now. LOVE their holistic medical approach and how they really listen to understand my medical needs! The staff is great and they really care about taking care of you! Highly recommend the practice!

Extremely slow. This is the second time Ive been here and both times Ive ended up in the waiting room for over 45 minutes. The second time I was literally only there for one booster shot. How can you possibly be this slow?
