Ive been reluctant to write this review since I am no longer a patron of this facility but after seeing what looks like paid for reviews- including some of the 5 Star reviews that are EXACTLY the same- Ive decided to take the time and write down my thoughts on the facility. This is one of the cheapest vets around for routine checkups and vaccinations, but not for accidents, surgeries, or emergencies and provided you have a small dog. Dr. Daniels is afraid of large dogs (anything over 40lbs) and will muzzle your dog or have other staff examine or provide care. Ive had several large dogs (pits, Rottweiler, lab, great dane) over the years, all with good temperaments, that Dr. Daniels has been afraid to take temperatures, give shots, and examine unless they were muzzled. The rest of the staff doesnt have this same problem and when Ive taken them to other vets theyve never requested any of them be muzzled. This issue isnt isolated to my pups alone as a neighbor of mine experienced this as well when taking their dog in for shots. For years I ignored this issue solely for the fact that it was once a year and I was saving decent amount of money, but after Dr. Daniels suggested one of my dogs was aggressive and needed to be put down I decided no amount of money was worth the subpar care. This comment was said to another staff member IN FRONT OF ME while she was washing her hands, as my dog was lying ( a very aggressive action) in a corner after a routine exam. I honestly thought she was joking at first, given my dogs current position, which was alone a red flag, but once I realized she was serious I was completely disgusted. When she left the room and the staff member apologized to me. As for emergency care, they will examine your pet and then tell you they dont have 24 hr care and that your pet needs to be transferred elsewhere- but they wont tell you this until after youve paid. They should refer you elsewhere from the start, given they cant truly provide this type of care.

Dr Doreen Daniels is a CROOK. I think she is NOT FIT and should not be trusted with your pet care AT ALL. Stay away from this place. Dr Daniels only is after your money. I learned this the hard way. She charged me A LOT for blood work, 2 xrays and an exam. No real diagnosis was done and she told me to go elsewhere for care. She did not help me at all. nor did she care for my puppy (a 6 month old husky). She was completely terrified of him. Honestly kind of vet is scared of a puppy? He was laying calmly on the table when she examined him. And she when she suggested xrays she also suggested that my dog be sedated. I protested that right away. First of all he was lethargic and weak from having diarrhea and vomiting (as puppies do they eat things they shouldnt) secondly My puppy has been trained, he went calmly with the vet techs, he didnt fuss at all, How could she suggest such a thing? Like really? This lady should not be in business. The only reason I went there is because my regular vet didnt have any openings. The only right thing she did was refer me out to California veterinary specialists. And my pup got the help he needed there. CVS gave my pup meds and fluid to flush is bowels and calm the diarrhea and inflammation. AND HE IS COMPLETELY FINE NOW. She couldnt think to do that, she didnt think to give him meds and fluid? She was suggesting surgery and kept saying how expensive it all will be. And telling me that thats the only thing he needs -surgery and giving me quotes. I am utterly disgusted with the treatment I received from this woman. Just a horrible horrible experience. AND on top of that I do not have any proof she did any blood work on my dog. Just her word of mouth. I dont trust her word.

I came here to have my dog examin she had an open wound from a dog bite that was 5 days old when dr Doreen Daniels tells me it was very infected and that there had been a lot of tissue damage I was very scared so was my furbaby. She told me she would need to sedate her, flush and clean very well the wound, leave a drainage tube to keep draining the bacteria out to clear the infection then partially stitch her up she gave the Cost total of $876.00 with the meds I agreed of course because I couldnt stand lookin at her like that. Long story short two days after the procedure I call them back and ask to take her in because her incision had literally torn apart open it was so scary to look at. They then tell me theres nothing they can do anymore that I had to take her to an emergency hospital because the didnt know how to deal with that (are you kidding me) I wish they would of told me that from the beginning no refund or nothing!! I take her to the er and she finally got the proper care. They told me she had been stitched up to tight, so Im thinking this dr didnt know what she was doing. So please stay away from this place.

They were all nice but very over priced they wanted to charge me 72 dollars for an examination of my dogs wound and to wrap the wound and the surgery to fix my dogs injurie was going to be 1,000 dollars and after making one call I found a place that let me come over and they examined him for free because I told them Id let them do the surgery because they would do it for 600 dollars so i told this terrible place I was going to go to him even though he could only do it 2 days later and they warned me that the wound would get way worse and they insisted on wrapping it before I left because hed get an infection on the 5 minute drive to the other vets who would cut off the bandage anyways I got there and he said to leave the wound that you need to let it breath so I didnt even need the bandage plus that no more tissue will die within 2 days so it would not get worse and this was not just for a sale because I could tell this guy was genuine for example he doesnt have any fake reviews on his page plus he simply hooked it up if you have any common sense you wont come here thats for sure.

I never do reviews but i feel like i have to say something...i took my dog bc she was limping from one leg and she was in pain.. they prescribed her a medication that almost killed my dog.. i took her back bc the medication was doing bad for her and when i took her in they didnt want to be responsible for what they prescribed..Dr Daniels said she had to talk to the manager to see if she could treat my dog without charging me bc they were the one who cause my dog to be ill.. REALLY.. I had to take my the dog home and a friend told me what to give my dog since my dog was not barking anymore and she didnt want to eat anymore.. i really thought my dog was going to die.. IN THIS HOSPITAL ALL THEY CARE IS ABOUT MONEY, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE DOGS. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY LITTLE DOG BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN..
