Initially I felt as though this would be a Veterinarian that I would feel comfortable working with but unfortunately this turned out not to be true. My Parents have a cat that is over 22 years old. They had recently moved to Corona and were being required by the Management Company for the complex they moved into to get a letter from a Veterinarian that would indicate that Tiger was not going to pose a DANGER to any of the residents. Upon an examination and being notified of Tigers advanced age, the Veterinarian wanted to run BLOOD WORK in order to explain Tigers extremely thin appearance. I just wanted the letter, so agreed to the exam. "Come On", Tiger is over 22 years old how much energy and weight is he supposed to have at this point in his life?? It was determined that he possibly had an "Overactive" Thyroid condition. It was suggested that Tiger be given medication for this condition which I disagreed with because of his extreme advanced age. TIger at this point was not exhibiting any signs of being anything but OLD". he enjoyed the company of my Parents and was constantly jumping up on anyones lap to be petted. We are now 6 months removed from the initial visit and Tiger is visibly not doing well, my dad phoned me to tell me that Tiger is in pain and needs to be put down. Upon calling the office I was told that they were booked up today and could not attend to Tiger until tomorrow. I asked if the Vet could be informed of tigers condition and if possible brought in today. I received a call 15 minutes later and the Vet actually had the audacity to suggest that Tigers condition was due to the fact that my Parents did not continue with the Thyroid Medication. So let me understand this, we have an animal that is over 22 years old and his advanced age has nothing to do with the fact that he is in pain, it is because he was not taking his "THYROID MEDICATION". For someone, especially a Doctor, to suggest something as preposterous as this and have no concern what so ever over the our Companions pain is absolutely unconscionable. NOW is not the time to point fingers and to BLAME my Parents for the fact that Tiger is in pain!! Now is the time to CONSOLE someone and to do anything within ones power to alleviate that pain and suffering. Based upon his actions and foolish diagnosis, I would never take any of my 3 dogs or two cats to this office. You be the judge yourself!!

I cannot say enough about my experience. My beautiful dog had already been diagnosed with a tumor and had seen two other Vets in the area when we first visited Corona Animal Hospital. The quality of care cannot be compared. The sincere concern and gentleness my dog received was a refreshing surprise on that first visit. The were several visits after that. Always with the same level of genuine care and time taken. This was not only conveyed to me, but to my dog. Dr. De La Paz gave me a broader understanding of what was going on, what to expect, and options available. Anytime I called the office with questions or concerns I ALWAYS received a return call personally from Dr. De La Paz or Dr. Lee within hours. When the end came and it was time to let her go, I did not plan on making that decision for another couple of days. But in the middle of the night I felt it was time. I emailed late, late, that night with my request for the following day. I received an email and a call first thing the following morning and despite a fully booked schedule Dr. De La Paz made time for us at 12:30. No doubt her lunch time, and came to my home. She was so gentle and comforting with my dog I could not have asked for anything more. There was no sense of urgency, or a time crunch in her mannerism. Just complete attention and comfort. This is what we all hope to find in those that care for our pets. Truly outstanding.

When I first met Dr. De La Paz, it was obvious she cared for animals by the way she greeted my dog with love and attention. I have now followed Dr.De La Paz to Corona Animal Hospital and am incredibly happy with the level of care, service and skill that she has provided to my dogs. She is thorough, compassionate, patient and takes the time to explain things very well. She has treated my dogs like theyre family. Dr. De La Paz also treated my past dog and was even there at the end. I could not have asked for a better person to be there for our family. She was so kind, compassionate and generous with her time. I have a new pup now and have seen her for simple vaccination visits, to more complex gastric issues and have found the centers prices reasonable. I am also very pleased that I have been able to get an appointment on the same day I have called in. I recommend Dr. De La Paz to all of my friends with pets.

I was previously with another pet hospital, wasnt quite satisfied with their service, one of my neighbor recommended me to Dr. Jason Lee at the Corona Animal Hospital in June of 2015, been with them since. I am very happy with Dr. Lees professionalism, broad knowledge and the high level of care he gives to my beloved Labrador Retriever, he discuss every aspect of possibilities with me, in details, so together we can make the best decision for my dog. I often take my Lab to local pet stores, Ill chat with some new dog owners, always recommend them to see Dr. Lee, this goes out to you too if you are reading this, a great Vet is hard to find.

I can’t give enough praise to the Doctors and staff at Corona Animal Hospital. I have had animals all my life and have never felt so well cared for in all my experiences with other veterinaries. Doctor De LaPaz is my main doctor and she is the best out there. I assure you, if you put the care of your fur baby in her hands, you can rest assure your pet will be getting the absolute best care. She will take the time to explain everything to you. I have been through so much with my fur-kid and honestly I don’t know what I would have done without her. I highly recommend Corona Animal Hospital!

Finally Ive found honest vets. Dr. Kristin, Dr.Lee, and office staff are extremely knowledged in animals and are very friendly. We went to many different animal hospitals but Ive never been satisfied on so many levels. I strongly recommend everyone to visit Corona Animal Hospital. Ive realized that they are truly animal lovers, and not operating as business. You wont regret it.

Dr De La Paz has been caring for my dogs for a few years now. She is amazing with Venus my GSD that has anxiety, she allows her to come to her and not force her to do anything. Dr. Lee Saved my cocker spaniels eye. His quick thinking made it possible for her not to have to have her eye removed at the age of about 5 months. I trust these Doctors with my dogs lives!
