I adopted my dog on Monday and needed to take her to a vet for a preliminary examination. I came here thinking it was Alicia Pet Clinic, found out after 25 min of waiting that it was the wrong location (website from the SCVMA was incorrect). I decided to stay since I had already missed my appointment at the originial location. BIG MISTAKE! I was FINALLY called into a patients room after 1 hour of waiting. I then waited another 25 minutes. I asked the attendant how much longer it was going to be because I know the exam will not take longer than 5-10 minutes. She confirmed that she doubted it would take that long. A tech came in to do the preliminary exam about 30 seconds later. He said the vet would be in in a few minutes. Another 20 minutes goes by and we left. The only reason I know for a fact they dont give a rats a$$ is I heard the female attendant tell the vet that we were there for a shelter exam. Which is free, so if we had been paying customers we would have been in and out. I dont care if im a paying customer or not.... I needed service for my animal who needs the same amount of attention as one who is paying. This vet only cares about money not the care of your pet. I should have listened to my instincts and left to go to my original destination Alicia Pet Clinic.

Although as a new patient it was easy to get a last minute appointment here, I only wish that I never came here. I chose Trinity because of the reviews however my experience was not a good one. First thing when you walk in you will notice a heavy urine scent; I told my husband I think we made a mistake in coming here and I immediately felt I wanted to leave. But my kitty was very sick and so I ignored my gut instincts. Then a male tech w/absolutely zero personality (I wish I knew his name) inserted a thermometer without being gentle in my cats bottom which made my cat cry and hiss at him. In all my kittys 13 yrs. he never ever reacted this way so I know the tech was not gentle nor caring. The staff vet was not avail. for our appt.and the fill-in vet that was avail. was cold and inept in every way. He disregarded the blood results and handled my kitty who by the way is in pain, like some lightweight inanimate "object". I voiced my objections but he spoke to me very rudely. I stopped the exam at this point knowing nothing good would come of this. Paid the ridiculously costly bill and took my cat to another vet. I am a compassionate animal lover and would never want someone else go through what we did.

I took my 8 year old cat here after adopting him last year, He was vaccinated for rabies and F.V.R.C.P.C at the animal shelter where I adopted him. Both theses vaccinations are good for three years. The woman at affordable spay and neuter told me he needed both vaccinations again, and that the rabies shot was required by law that he get one every year. This was a lie, it is not required by law in California for cats to get rabies vaccinations. It has been proven that excessive vaccinations cause cancer in cats and the rabies vaccination can kill some cats. I provided affordable spay and neuter with my cats medical records from the animal shelter where I adopted him, it clearly showed the date and shots he received last year. I hope my cat doesn’t developed problems later on because of these heartless people out to make a buck no matter what damage they cause to animals. So if you don’t love your pet and want your pet to receive unnecessary and potentially lethal shots this is the place to go. I will never go here again!

Trinity Pet Hospital employees were kind and they understood our concerns. Originally we went to Trinity to get a second opinion, when we did they did not throw in a bunch of options to drive the costs up and were much more reasonably priced. They offered the extras and explained the benefits but let me choose what was important to us, They performed a surgery on our golden retriever, he is 9 1/2 years old so he is very special to us. They called to tell me he was out of surgery and he did great. They let me know what time to pick him up. The next day they called again to check on him and see how he was doing. He was a little lethargic and I mentioned it and they told me on the phone that was normal and he would be more himself the following day. The next day he was much better, every thing they promised or told me came true, Trinity Pet Hospital delivered! I plan on using them as our pets doctor in the future.

I have been taking my 7 year old poodle bichon mix to Trinity for a couple of years now and they are great. Well worth the drive, since I live in Irvine and they are in Laguna Hills - it is a drive for me, believe it or not - we have many options for vets here in Irvine, but I still make the drive to Trinity! They were suggested by the volunteer rep who we adopted him from at Pet Match Rescue. I was in search of a trustworthy vet office who would be sensitive to my dogs needs since he is skiddish and nervous with other people. The volunteer rep also said that Trinity had some of the most affordable pricing in almost all of OC. She was right on both. For ever exam and issue since we started going here, I have had only great, gentle and trustworthy experiences with Trinity. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE this vet! I have a very difficult 7lb Chihuahua who is highly aggressive with strangers. The staff is always very helpful when I bring her in and very understanding of my problem child. Everyone there is extremely nice. The services are inexpensive yet high quality. I wouldnt take my dog anywhere else. She gets all her dental work done at Trinity and I would never take her anywhere else. They always call me the day after to check up on how shes doing and I love that. They are personable and everyone who works there truly loves animals. It definitely shows how genuine the staff are. I would highly recommend this vet to everyone who loves their pet as much as I do. I always know my dog is in good hands when I drop her off.

We dont have too much money to throw around, and were going just based on price. The name says it all, and their prices are the best around. I wasnt expecting the attention to detail, and excellent operation of the clinic however, and could not be happier or more confidence sending friends or family over to these guys. The staff are intelligent and friendly, and you can tell that they really care about each pet. I didnt expect this, thinking that if they are the "cheapest place" they MUST be trying to make it an assembly line. They gave me phone calls to update me and my puppies status, how stable he was, and called the day after to make sure everything is ok. These guys are out to ease the worry from your pet and your wallet. A+

Trinity Pet Hospital has been amazing! We were recommended to them after rescuing our 3rd dog. They have taken great care of her and we are now in the process of moving our other 2 dogs into their care. They are timely with appointment times and will graciously accommodate you as a walk in. They are equally kind to the owners and the animals. They recently helped my 13 year old cat take her last breath. I felt the staffs compassion as I had to make this difficult choice for my cat and appreciated the time they allowed me to be with her to say my good byes. It is a rarity to find a establishment that equally honors new beginnings and difficult endings with the feeling of having family behind you guiding and supporting you.
