I am so dissappointed with their service. What they try to do is taking your money without a care for your bet. I just need them to check health for my 8 weeks puppy and a health certificate for the airline. They didnt do anything and just kept pushing me in some types of vaccinations. I told them that I dont want the shots cause my puppy is too young. They werent happy and let me wait in the room for 45 minutes. And finally, the vet came back with a paper and required me to sign with an exam for the puppy which costs $200. She said that I had to do the worm examination, otherwise, she cant issue a certificate for a puppy. I asked her why I have to. And she said thats a requirement from the airline. Thats so ridiculous!!!! And the total cost for a health certificate was $380 (cost more than airline ticket???). I got so mad and brought my puppy to another local pet hospital. Whats nice service and reasonable price. $40 for a pet exam and $10 for a certificate with a real nice customer service. I promise to my myself that I nerver and never step back to their hospital for a service. No more Banfield and no more Petsmart. And specially the one at Lake Forest. Absolutely not...

I have been taking both of our dogs here for 4 1/2 yrs. Chris the Vet Tech and Dr. Berry are the very BEST. One of our dogs, Scruffy, is a little bit of a handful. Chris understands and knows how to handle Scruffy with tender, loving care. I will also add that Chris knows how to handle us - the pet parents. Sometimes I wonder if we are more of the chore than Scruffy is. Dr. Berry is always honest with us and lets us know what is truly needed and what is optional. Some other Banfield Dr.s try and just get the most money out of you and we GREATLY appreciate that Dr. Berry is always honest with us and leaves it up to us if we want to do the necessary or go a step above. I will also mention Kristen and the other staff there. I cant remember their names, but everyone there is very caring and helpful. I highly recommend this Banfield location.

Very very disappointed.. been taking our dog here for 3 years !! Every year the rate goes up ... started him on the heart worm pill and our monthly payment went from $35 to $42 now when it was time to get another 6 mos they want to charge $112.00 for the pills !! Why have I been paying the extra $!! Sorry but they just lost a good customer!! They wouldnt even try to explain why now I must pay the $112.00 when Ive been paying every month the extra for the pill!

Great clinic, great staff. Doctor was very helpful and put us at ease when our dog got a double ear infection. They were accommodating to our schedule and even took same day appointment. In general we have had Benfield for 4 years (the entire life of our dog) and have nothing negative to say!
