Third time really is a charm! I have been to 2 other vet hospitals over the last 6 years with my baby Bella. All Creatures Animal Hospital is my third and final. Finding a place to take care of your children (i like to say children because to me, they are as important) is like finding a spouse. It has to be a perfect match. After finally finding Dr. Garlinghouse and her staff I can trust people to take care of my Bella. I believe customer service is #1 to keeping patients, and this staff has been so caring and compassionate. I do not feel anxiety leaving Bella there because they seem to care for her as much as if she was theirs. Dr. Garlinghouse is very honest and does not push you to do unnessary things like other big branch hospitals do. I was also pleasantly surprised in the cost of treatment (Bella had knee surgery). It is very well priced-and when you get the bill there isnt the "and the blood work is another 100, and the medications are another 75..." Its all in one, and was even a bit less than I was originally quoted. I am an over the top, spoil my dog kind of person-she never is alone for more than 3 hours without someone, i hand my dog her kibble 3 at a time, she gets toted around in a pet stroller and stays with her Papa from 9-5 while I work. So take my advise if you love your babies as much as I love mia Bella...

I used to dread taking my boys to the vet, but not anymore. The level of care that we get from Dr. Agarwal and her staff is exceptional. They are very knowledgeable and professional, yet kind and compassionate. One of my cats had advanced kidney disease (due to never having his teeth cleaned the first 12 years of his life, until I adopted him:-(). I knew he was receiving the best of care from Arrow Dog & Cat Hospital and Dr. Agarwal helped me keep him happy and comfortable as long as we could. When it was time to let him go at 17, it made it a little easier knowing he was in their very capable hands. I just took his brother in this morning for his vaccines and even though he is a grumpy old man and can be a little challenging (and very vocal!) he is always treated with top quality care, kindness and compassion.

I was looking for a cat-expert veterinarian in the Claremont area and I came across Arrow Dog and Cat Hospital where Dr. Nichole Agarwal practices. During a regular exam my cat tested FIV positive and I was told to euthanize him. Not at Arrow Dog and Cat Hospital. Dr. Agarwal reviewed his medical history and told me that cats could test positive after FIV vaccination due to the vaccine. My cat had received the vaccine before, by the way. Phew!!! She did a test to confirm her diagnosis. It all checked out! If I had not gotten a second opinion from Dr. Agarwal, my cat would be dead my now. I am so happy to have found this place.

I was a first time customer when I entered the door at Arrow Hwy Cats and Dogs Animal Hospital one Saturday morning. Unaware of the cost, or if I would even be able to pay for their services, they were not only compassionate about my dogs discomfort, but they were also very understanding about my financial status. They worked with me, in seeing that my dog at least got the care she needed most. I was very pleased with them, and deeply appreciated for their act of concern and care. I do recommend, that should a pet owner become undecided or hesitant about going through the doors of ADACAH, dont be! i rate them a 10+!

I have had terribable experiences at other animal hospitals. They seemed all the same... they always seemed to care more about the money than the animal and pet parent. And then I found All Creatures Animal Hospital. Oh what a blessing! Dr. Garlinghouse is very knowledgable, compassionate, caring and honest and the entire staff is absolutely incredible. I have been bringing my pet rats to Dr. Garlinghouse for the past 6 months and always leave very satisfied that my pets and I recieved the very best care, medication(s) and information. Dr. Garlinghouse and her staff are truely incredible.

I brought my dogs in after a pit bull attack. Although things could have been way worse, my dogs escaped serious injury.... the worst has a scrape. Not wanting to chance anything, I took my dogs in to Dr. A and her staff, I couldnt have made a better choice. My dogs and I were treated with the dignity, compassion and high level of care that was very reassuring after a traumatizing experience. I cant thank the staff at Arrow Dog and Cat Hospital enough for the wonderful care and attention. My dogs will recover and well get back to normal, thank goodness.

5 golden stars for Dr. Garlinghouse. Were so grateful to have found her after having an awful experience at another veterinary hospital. Dr. Garlinghouse is caring, honest, knowledgeable and impeccable. She and her staff were empathetic to our situation and made us feel completely comfortable bringing our cat to All Creatures for a post-operation checkup and removal of staples. She expressed her concern with how the incision was healing, we took her advice and our cat is healing just fine. Thank you Dr. Garlinghouse and staff. Well definitely be back!

This vet charges more for office visits and vaccinations than any other vet Ive ever used or contacted. We moved into the area recently and I was hoping to find a good, resonably priced vet closer to our house- but it wont be here! Nestled in a small shopping center, never very busy on the weekends, I thought it might be perfect! $50 will get you an office visit (which is required even when youre only going in for a vaccination!). Cant comment on their service, but theyre definitely not low-moderate income friendly or rescue friendly.

This place is awesome! All the staff is friendly and caring. They obviously care more about getting your animal better than money. I took my cat here for a second opinion since her eyes were both irritated and were not getting better with the medication the first vet gave me. After just one week with the correct eye medication and diagnosis from Dr. Agarwal, her eyes are back to normal and looking better than ever! I would recommend Arrow Dog and Cat Hospital to anyone and I will definitely be coming back.

What an incredible place! The staff from the minute you walk in the door, to the vet techs, to the vets themselves. You feel safe and confident you have choosen wisely for your Pet. They make your pet feel welcome and safe, on top of that the skilled services are unsurpassed. I highly recommend this vet. As a pet owner my entire life, it brings great comfort to find All Creatures Animal Hospital and know they are here for our pets.

Our family love this place! They entire staff is very kind and caring towards our pets, and very professional in the way they conduct business. We had to put one of our dogs down. Everyone in the office was very helpful and loving towards my kids. They even sent a card in the mail, my daughter treasures that in her room. We live 1 hour away and have other options in our are, but we will continue to bring our pets to Arrow Hospital.
