First visit to take our 7 month old Oriental Shorthair--Midnight (Hybrid SIamese) for those who have never heard of the breed due to an accident he had while horsing around. He failed to put the brakes on and fell off the bed into the hard flooring while chasing a furry toy. Fortunately nothing was broken however we noticed that one of his claw while walking on a hard flooring later that day would not retract. So for about a week we made this observation. He was still he old mischievous self but seeing this claw sticking out while walking on the hard floor was concerning. After reviewing a number of vet hospital in the Irvine area we decided on Quail Animal Hospital. This was our first visit to this facility. I based my decision on the ratings (Yelp and Google)and the proximity to my home. No regrets! Staff was very pleasant. Facility was very clean, The vet tech that initially came in was very kind and inquisitive. We waited for Dr. Morgan. Dr. Morgan was very easygoing and very caring. He examined Midnight like it was his own. Very professional. His finding was it may be ligament damage but he said it my heal on its own or it may not. He determined there was nothing broken. He suggested x-ray but did not push it. He did say to trim his claw just in case. He did the usual examination and found Midnight to be in excellent health. We said our goodbyes and paid the bill (very reasonable) for the visit. Quail Animal Hospital will be our go for vet care in the future.

Dr. Morgan is wonderful! I took my dog Lucy to three different vets who couldnt tell me what was wrong with her. They all just wanted to keep running test after test and couldnt even give me an educated guess as to what her issue was. Dr. Morgan took his time examining her, asked me so many more questions about Lucys behavior and health and genuinely tried to figure out what was wrong with her. When tests came back inconclusive, he narrowed down the possible reasons and came up with a treatment plan that addressed all the possible causes. Lucy is so much better and I was so impressed by the attention, patience, and dedication Dr. Morgan showed us!

The first day we brought our puppy to Quail Animal Hospital, we got bad news that he had a heart murmur. That being said, you could feel that Dr. Morgan was truly concerned not only about our pet and his well-being, but about how this news effected us as the devoted owners. Since then, our little guy has had a handful of health problems but Dr. Morgan has gone above and beyond to monitor our dogs condition and even recommended at-home treatments when applicable (thus savings us a vet visit/fee). I recommend this facility to all family and friends! It is clean, professional and each staff member shares a clear love for animals :)

My boyfriend and I brought both our cats here two separate days for worms and fleas. The staff was super helpful and kind, and handled my terrified cat extremely well. Just a routine vet stop for bugs was pleasant and the service was fast and thorough, even though my boyfriend was a walk-in on the first day and I had been late to my appointment on the second day. Thank you so much! We will be coming back here for future visits. :)

So the other day I decided to take my dog to this place. Ive seen their flyer and wanted to take advantage of the good deals they were offering. What was surprisingly pleasant is how clean the place is and the professionalism. I especially enjoyed dealing with Dr. Morgan who is the main vet. He is very knowledgeable and demonstrated great care for Mimi, my Pomeranian. I will be back soon.
