Dr. Lilian Chan - very bad experience. I went to see Dr Chan for a simple medical exam as part of my green card application process. The procedure is: at the end of the exam, the doctor fills out a form and hands that to you in a sealed envelope which you need to mail to immigration services (USCIS). Thankfully Dr. Chan had also included a photocopy for me along with the sealed envelope. From the photocopies we noticed a mistake before sending in the form. So I went to Dr. Chan and she filled out the form again and I sent them in. After 3 months I received a letter from USCIS saying that the original paperwork was not in the envelope, there were only copies! This is going to delay my application process by 2-3 months. When I went to her office to fill out the form the third time, she was about to seal the envelope before I asked her if I could double check (which she was annoyed with). And once again there were 2 pieces of information missing from the form. She completed those and sealed the envelope. I hope this final form will be accepted by the USCIS. After I received the envelope from her I told her that I was very unhappy with the service and that I wanted a refund and she said that I would not get one. The most frustrating part was that she did not even admit her many mistakes and had the audacity to say "that is why we ask you to double check the forms" whereas just a minute ago I was the one who asked if I could double check. And she kept her unpleasant attitude throughout my visit and throughout our conversation over the phone. Long story short: If a doctor cannot fill out a simple yet very important form correctly in 3 tries I would not trust him/her for any kind of medical service. She always seemed to be in a hurry and showed a lack of concentration and sense of responsibliity. I tried to remain as calm and understanding as I could, given the circumstances but her attitude wasvery unfriendly. I would just try to find another doctor if possible. I will also forward this review as a formal complaint once I can find the proper contact information.

They made mistakes from the beginning. First, they informed me that I was going to meet with one doctor.. when I showed up, it was another doctors name appear on my paperwork. After my office visit, my perscription went missing. The nurse told me that she gave it to me. I gave the whole stack of paper to the lab. It was not with me, and the lab people said they did not see any perscription. I had to call them back to ask them to fax the perscription. I had some concerns of my condition and had to call the on-call physician, who told me to come by on one morning. I came, just to find out that they dont usually have doctor at that time. They offered me to make an appointment for the afternoon on the same day. So unless you have the whole time in the world running back and forth playing this funny games, I would not recommend you using this facility.

Nobody know these doctors better than me. I used to worked there for 9 years. I know all these doctors in both locations and some of these doctors dont treat there emplyees good; futhermore, they are very CHEAP and wants $$. Dr. Bannan and Dr. Rothschild order unnecessary exam and does not really know what theyre doing. If Dr. Rothschild call you to come for a phys. dont go hes after $$ and i guareentee in not neccessary. Dr. Makhlouf used to not let her secretary takes a lunch brake in the old location but than she stop messing with the law. If you notice, she work early, during lunch hours, and late is because she is greedy. If you notice you will wait 2-3 hours with her. These three doctor will squeeze two to three patients at the same schedule time. I would also avoid Dr Al. and Dr. Xu too.

They are EXTREMELY unresponsible people! I need to have diagnostic mammogram immediately because of the high possibility of breat cancer. I asked them to fax the doctors prescription or referral to MD Anderson one month ago. They promised to do it and told me it was done. But MD Anderson have never got it. So I had to call the doctors office again and again then they told me that it didnt go through because the line was busy. I dont know how critical the one month is for my life because I havent been able to do diagnostic mammogram until now. I wish I had seen the review by Oliver before going to this clinic!

They over charge and dont give you your money back. I worked there and was told not to tell you that you had a credit. They could owe you $500 and I couldnt tell you and took another $500 from you. If you go there ask if you have a credit, they probably wont tell you. Ask for a receipt and if you see a negative next to patient balance , they owe you. They will say its insurance money but it isnt. Call your insurance and report Hillcroft. They also have an location in Sugar Land,.

I wish I would have checked for reviews the first time around. I found her during my second~time doctor search, after being dissatisfied with my current doctor. Dr. Chan is the best! She listens to your concerns and actually seems human rather than a money hungry robot. She acts like she cares and gives you an opportunity to talk and considers your concerns and suggestions. I hope shes around for a very long time.

My wife has been under Dr. Lillian Chans care for years. Recently, this clinics radiologist mis-read my wifes X-Ray, then mis-read her neck MRI (which showed a tumor). Now my dear wife is at MD Anderson being treated for stage IV lung cancer! It was by the grace of God that we asked our friend, a radiologist, to read the MRI who alerted us about the tumor, and referred us to MDA.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Bannon and Dr. Rothchild for 20 years. We have known both to be caring, considerate, and professional, even when we may have been sick, demanding and crabby

Not good. The office staff is inefficient and give you the feeling that they are doing you a favor while you are paying high $$$.
