I literally had to wait 1 hour even I came at my appointment time. After that they put me in another room and wait further 45 minutes to 1 hour more. It happened to me twice. They are never on time. Doctor does treat good but you will have to spend around 2-3 hours minimum if you need to visit. Plan accordingly. Office staff is very slow. Believe me I was suffering from high fever and the wait made me irritated.

I took my son there 5 months ago and he got antibiotic for minor infection. I did not use my insurance and I paid everything in cash and I specifically ask final amount because I do not want to see the bill in the mail then five months later here is $110 bill in the mail. I called them to ask what is this bill for and they told me that it is for lab and your son has some abnormalities and paid the bill.

The office staff put you on hold forever and as soon as you call you are put on hold for a very very long time. It is ridiculous how many times I have left a message with different staff members and have never received a call back. It has been a pain dealing with the office staff to get a simple referral. The doctors are very caring but the office staff needs to do a better job.

I called them to make an appointment. I hurt my back at a store trying to pick something up... and because it happened at a store they wont see me. HOW horrible is that all because I could possibly sue. SERIOUSLY is this what the world is coming to. I would make an appointment with them. They dont care about you when you actually need them to care.

Wait!! wait!! wait!! wait!! Wait!! wait!! wait!! wait!! Be Prepared for hours. I completely agree with other reviews. I had to wait more than an hour. And its not the first time it happened for me and my wife here. We were never treated on time or at least close by the scheduled appointment time. Time management is terribly poor.

worst doctor ever they dont care about you they just want your money i will never go back there again plus the wait was 2 hours even though i had an appointment. not to mention that they had constriction at a point of time during business if you werent sick you will get sick from the wait and smile and noise of constriction.

Wasted my time going here, they charge you a visit rate plus per prescription after the third. I still have an throat infection after my antibiotics and they want to charge me another visit to get more antibiotics!

Stay away. Doctors are incompetent and staff does not respect privacy laws. They are strictly trying to get more visits from patients, not caring for patients. I was openly mocked by staff for coming in.

the waits are excruciating! 2 hours and im still waiting!!! will change provider as soon as i get out of here! and i never saw a doctor. only the nurse practitioner!!! terrible!!
