Dr. Carlotta is very nonchalant is uninterested in her patients. She is only concerned with getting money from people. I have been in there 3 times now, in which all were rather long waits, one was an hr long wait. On each occasion she did not fulfill my satisfactory level. She will prescribe you anything to get you out the door and doesnt do anything to help you or give good advice. Only thing she suggests is you go somewhere else (since their office supplies are limited) and spend lots of money on unnecessary testing. They dont even vaccinate here. She talks to people as if they are just as dumb as a rock or has no common sense. Shell try to tell you what is wrong with you and disregard everything you say. I guess she also comes with some type of super powers or x-ray vision. She has gotten her 3rd strike with me and now shes out.

Good experience with Dr. Arthur Hillert. Listened to me, was knowledgeable and didnt feel rushed. Not much else you can ask for from a doctors visit.

Staff was very rude, seems like they only care about money
