A friend of mine highly recommended Pueblo West Vet to me. My family and I are so grateful for Dr. Cassandra Krenz , and Dr. Henderson, and all of the ladies Nicole, Niki, Lisa , and Lea are absolutely the best. From puppy visits, health scares, and even the unfortunate emergency visit. We have had a wide variety of needs for our pets and in each and every instance we knew that our 4 legged family members were in the best care possible. I am a person who has a lot of questions, and the staff was always great about making sure my questions were answered. These ladies are hands down the very best. They all love animals and it shows. We have recently moved out of state and it has made me realize how important it is to write a review so anyone who is looking knows that this is the best choice!

We brought our kitten here because of problems with ear irritation. The vet discovered that it is ear mites. They noted that because we have been cleaning his ear, they only discovered one egg. I insisted that they treat him for ear mites despite his seemingly mild infestation. They treated him with ivermectin and gave us ear cleaner. The infestation continues and we are out the $66.21 because they did not follow my wishes and failed to properly treat the ear mites. Mildemite. Now that ive done my own research, I am ordering this. It is a treatment for earmites that completely eradicates even the eggs that were layed by mites burrowed into the skin sheltered by debris, wax, and blood.
