Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!!! READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT GO HERE!! I took mylab here because she was having a seizure and unfortunately my regular vet was out of town for the holiday they say its a $95 emergency room visit fee they required me to pay $500 when I walked in the door before they would even look at my poor lab. The staff is very very unfriendly rude and absolutely no compassion or a heart for pets! They find every possible thing they can charge you for an eat up that $500 as fast as possible and tell you they need more money. They immediately told me my lab had a brain tumor and needed a CAT scan and an MRI they said they wanted to keep her overnight give her stronger drugs and that I would need to pay an additional $500! When I told the doctor I did not want to do that and then I would just like to take my dog home, she literally blew up and threw a fit like a three-year-old. She flung the door open alost hitting me, she then yelled down the hall to yank the catheter and get her out of here and make me sign an AMA. I was absolutely beside myself at the unprofessionalism that this so-called doctor demonstrated! Ellen Labachi is the so-called Veterinarians name. I went home and did some research on my own and realize she was showing signs of having a toxin in her bloodstream I immediately administered doses of activated charcoal every 4 hours and in the next 12 hours she started coming around and today she is in full recovery. I and taking every step I could possibly think of to take action on these people theyre absolutely crude and greedy

Was in saturday night with a very sick cat, they were extremely busy. The lady at the front desk explained that it would be a 2 hour wait which she came around to check our baby to make sure he was stable at that time and thank God he was. The lobby filled quick with dogs so the lady at front desk put us in a room to minimize stress to our baby. I am 100% satisfied with my service that night. Oh, to the one post about dog being found, I was sitting there and that lady at the front desk was not rude to you she explained the clinic policy to you and even asked if you were wanting to keep the dog when you said hell no! At that point someone called her to the back for help and if you would have had that healthy bouncing all over the place dog taken before my cat...well then! Before writing a bad review maybe you should have done what she asked or even a little more understanding for the ones who were waiting long before YOU! Maybe alittle more understanding for the owner of the dog who was sitting there waiting to find out if his dog that was bleeding out was going to make it. Cant stand people like you who think that you should have what you want when you want.....LOVE THIS CLINIC and would go back in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!!!

This clinic is horrible! We brought our dog in after a dog fight with some pretty bad bites. The vet told us the dog had a pneumothorax and told us she needed a really expensive surgery or she would die. When I told her I couldnt afford it and we needed to discuss other options she got really hostile and told us we werent proper owners and she "hopes this taught us a lesson". A lesson on what? A dog accidentally getting into a fight that lasted less than 10 seconds? I felt really uncomfortable and knew neither my dog or I was being treated properly so I declined all treatment from her. She then told me I should surrender the dog to the pound because I obviously couldnt properly care for it. So we left there and drove straight to the ER vet in Springs where we found out there wasnt even any sign of a pneumothorax and the dog just needed stitches and antibiotics. My poor dog had to suffer even longer because of her unprofessionalism and misdiagnosis. The only positive part of this experience was the nice girl at the front desk who did everything she could to help us.

First off Id like to make sure that everyone understands that there are 2 emergency hospitals. One bad and one good. This is NOT the bad one that Dr. Laas works. I have been to this emergency hospital before and have nothing but positive things to say about them. It is wonderful to have a place to take the furbabies when they get in trouble after hours, or in my case, on a Sunday. My hound, in his excitement with the other dogs, ripped off part of his body while he was running wildly too close to a piece of fencing sticking out. I rushed him the 40 miles to this hospital after having such a good experience with a puppy a couple of years ago that had a blockage. They quickly got Loki, the hound, into surgery within a half an hour. They couldnt replace the skin and had to do some fancy stitching to put this dog back together. 25 stitches and Loki looked like Frankin Puppy. But a beautiful job and he healed with no complications. Yes, they are expensive......but you get what you pay for, so suck it up and give up that money to fix your friend.

Worst vet experience of my life. Staff is rude, not experienced, & disrespectful. The UNCERTIFIED nurses made my dog cry out in pain multiple times because they dont know what they are doing. Doctor said she would give us a pamphlet on a disease but only went on google to print out a description of what I thought was going on with my dog. Weighed my dog 8lbs under his norm weight then argued with me about how fast he is losing weight. Went to a REAL VET after the weekend & they weighed him multiple times getting the same weight he has always been. Argued with me that my dogs stomach was not an issue & something else was wrong, went to a REAL VET after the weekend to learn that he has stomach ulcers & is very backed up. Finally after I begged for an anima for my dog they gave me one & the UNCERTIFIED "nurses" again made him cry out in pain from grabbing his so roughly while just picking him up. I will never go back to this place unless I have a death wish for my dog. Disgusting excuse for a veterinary service.

brought my dog here at 10:30pm maybe a month ago because she seemed to be having a seizure. let me start by saying, my fiancé works in the industry, growing fully matured marijuana plants. so, when we finally met with the vet, she remarked that we "smelled like weed" and that our dog must have had some. i explained to her that we didnt even have any buds at the house, and the only thing that my dog had gotten into was a tomato that my roommate fed her. still, the doctor made us pay for drug testing. the dog was not on drugs, because like i said, we didnt even have any drugs. then the vet said she didnt know what it could be and she sent us home. no further testing, no aftercare, and on the discharge papers she had remarked that we were "having a party" and that we "stank like weed". we will never know what actually happened to my dog that night because the doctor only wanted to see if my dog was high. gotta love being discriminated against when you are only seeking out help.
