I went here for my annual check-up. My health insurance lists this service provider as in-network. This provider sent my lab-work to an out-of-network lab diagnostic company (Quest Diagnostic) instead of using an in-network lab diagnostic company (LabCorp); which they also work with. Now, I owe the out-of-network lab diagnostic company what was not covered by my insurance. I called Inovas billing department and the representative stated that I had to inform their staff where to route my lab-work. I dont recall the staff ever asking me this. Even if they did ask me, I would have picked LabCorp because all my previous lab-work were with LabCorp. Ive never heard of Quest Diagnostic until I saw the lab invoice. Inova puts the blame for mix-up on me. I guess this is not a "one-stop shop" for basic annual check-up. I guess its time to find a more capable health service provider with a well trained staff.

Very Unprofessional. This is the second doctor my family has scheduled with and both have left the practice. My most recent appointment was my initial appointment and they called me less then 24 hours out to cancel with no options to see another doctor. I had my leave scheduled with work and I have no appointment. Their response "Im sorry but there is nothing I can do". So basically they told me Im out of luck. Best advise I can give, find an office/doctors who care for the patients and wanna help. Dont be just a number.

Im disappointed with the office staff and feel there is a lack of communication and just quality custermer service. Although I have seen some improvement with phones calls being returned I seem to encounter costumer service issues every time I go there such as not having closed for lunch signs effectively communicated. I had to wait in a hallway with energetic kids while a staff person could have allowed us to sit in the lobby. I have hope that they can make these minor adjustments.

Waste of time... I took time off work to go here... twice... and for the second time in a row... I have not received any actual care at all. Both times they did not help with my actual problem... and once again they referred me to a different doctor ... who BTW does not have an appointment available for 4 months... thanks a lot... i wasted time and money... and walked out of there with no help at all... feeling like I have been ripped off... dont go here is my advise.

Dr. Goel is excellent and she is part of the team at this facility. She takes her time when evaluating and we have been going to her since she was in her private practice. The personnel is accommodating and very helpful when calling for appointments. Great location as it is near my home.

Terrible experience, lack of care, no follow up and negative communication with my case. More than two months to receive any feedback of my case. I dont recommended to any of my family or friends.

Dr Neacsu is a fraud she rejects other more experienced doctors and insists on her diagnosisis which later by a simple google search are proven wrong.
