Only nurse that I trust going to there is Melissa. Please do not go there if the nurse is Heidi. My son a while back went there because he was sick. She diagnosed him with cold. This sickness went on for over two weeks. I took him to his pediatrician who said he was misdiagnosed. He had a real bad sinus infection. I have medical documentation to prove that he was misdiagnosed. All the other nurses have always been so nice and helpful. What happened to the little clinic. She acted like the only thing that was important to her was her lunch break. I even went there tonight she was there. I wanted my son to be seen for a rash but she was on break. I asked when was there lunch break. The person at the front said its 1:30. I looked at the clock it was only 12:00. I think the supervisor of the little clinic needs to be contacted about her getting so many breaks. I like the little clinic a lot but this cannot keep going on like this. Especially when my son had to suffer extra days and go to his regular pediatrician to find out that he was sick with a sinus infection instead. The person I know that use to be over top of everything left and now is at the other location. I hope someone reads and thinks about it before going to see Heidi. I just dont want anyone else to have to go thru the same thing as what my son did.

Only reason has 3 stars last time was there the LPN really helped me after about an hr and so wait...they only had person ahead of me in the room already when I got there...this time I went there they were so rude...I walked up with my sick baby and rhe med asst said the LPN was goinf on break basically to be back in an hr to hr and half...didnt take any info or ask who needed to be seen...when we retuened immediately told me that theu could see my baby because she was under 18 mos. To be accurate she is 17 mos and 2 weeks but if she would have asked the first time wouldnt have wasted my time and theirs and my child ciuld have gone somewhere to be seen in the process...when i said something to her about it she apologized insincerely. Instead of taking time to see what was going on first she just wanted to go in the back room and hang out with the store employee where the clinic resides.

Melisa Payne is a great Family Nurse Practitioner! I had a great experience. She was kind, caring, patient and took her time. I wanted to add to my review because I saw Jill there today and had a wonderful experience. She was over the top helpful to me! Great job, Melisa and Jill

Was great at first now nothing but a more terrible version than patient first. Unless you want to wait 2 and half hours dont go in till 15 minutes until there closed. Only time they want to hurry is when its time for them to leave. Dont see Ndubueze. Terrible
