Kybecca said it best. I have Doc Muldoon as well. But, I noticed that I had the same appt time as did 2 other people??? Ok, so, we are all suppose to see him at the same time? And, I took work off for this. I could have stayed at work the whole day before I would have been called to the back (which is another 20min). Doc Muldoon is awesome, he gives the time and patience to each client. I know I will expect a wait, but when I do, I dont want to hear the front desk lady tell people to sign and sit over and over again. Her personalty skills are horrendous. I watched an elderly woman walk in, and be told to sign and sit. All she wanted was to make an appt time. No one was in line and the room was full, I kindly gave my seat to her and her husband. They waited for 1/2hr before she could make an appt. Good greif, hire some people that dont double or triple book and teach them some manners.

Love the doc, hate the practice. Doc Muldoon is terrific. My husband and I have been seeing him since he first came to town and have referred friends, family and newcomers to him. However, over the years the administration and office practices have become more and more impersonal. My last conversation with an office staffer was actually icy. Communication is totally inadequate. As of now Ive been waiting for a call-back for three days, when it used to be a same-day response. Please Dr. Muldoon, start your own private practice!.

After visits, no check in from doctors. Called every month to fill prescriptions and was never reminded of small balance owed. Was kicked out of the practice and am being sued for small balance that I wouldnt have had a problem paying. Bad customer service.

Dr. Alex wonderful but the customer service of the staff leaves a little to be desired. I would not allow Ellen to answer the phone anymore until her attitude improves.
