I was looking forward to going through with lasik, but I was misinformed about their financing options. When I walked in they told me to sit down at a computer and fill out some information to check in or what have you. I did fill out everything that was asked. I didnt think anything of the questions asked, but apparently that was an application for a credit card, which I was not told is what it was. I was then told to use the reference number to call and see what financing options were available to me. So i did and did not give the automated system any personal info. Next thing i know i get a credit card in the mail. So Im extremely pissed off at how grossly misinformed. Again they told me to sit at a computer to fill out information, was not told it was for a credit card, and then they made it seem like there were other options available for financing while I was at the office. I will NEVER do any sort of business with them again.

So at first I was VERY apprehensive. I have a very uncommon astigmatism and had a really hard time seeing things that arent about 2 feet away. Without any correction lenses, I would also get extremes migraines, so I felt there was a lot against me. From my first consultation to the actual surgery, everything was phenomenal. The surgery was quick and Dr. Wills was amazing. He walked me through the whole thing, which really helped my nerves. And Britney and Tiffany at the desk are a trip! I had been in once before and they remembered who I was when I came in on surgery day. If anyone is thinking about doing the surgery, go and at least have a consultation. They are more then willing to answer any questions you have. And once everything is said and done, youre going to be asking yourself why you hadnt done this for yourself sooner. Its soooo worth it!

Absolutely professional experience. I was very nervous about this procedure but the staff and doctors here at LASIK Plus took the time to explain the procedure to me at a level I understood and until I felt comfortable with the decision. Dr. Wills took the time to personally check my eyes out when there were some complications before the surgery and gave me a treatment process to better prepare my eyes for the surgery. After following his guidance my eyes were good to go and the surgery went smoothly. I looked at 3 different lasik surgery locations and ultimately settled on Lasik Plus of Richmond because of the caring staff, and I dont regret my decision one bit. I enthusiastically recommend this office for your Lasik and PRK needs.

From start to finish my experience was AMAZING! From working with Tiffany, who is "awesome" btw to getting the procedure done by Dr. Wills. I looked into getting lasik a few years ago but decided against it due to my then insurance coverage, but now with so many financial options I was able to finally throw my glass in the junk draw! Im super happy with my results and I LOVED how I was talked through the whole process while undergoing the procedure. I just want to thank you guys for bringing vision a whole new meaning to me. Just leaving the office from my next day follow up and I look outside and all I could do is smile!!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I shopped around a lot for a good LASIK place. I mean--its your EYES you know? I decided to go with LASIKplus after reading reviews and a recommendation! And I recommend it too!! Office is very clean, staff is incredibly helpful and nice! (And funny, which is nice because its easy to be nervous there!) I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Tiffany!!! Shes always smiling and having a good time. I got PRK done, it was a breeze! Im still recovering from the procedure but so far so good and Im SOOOO happy that I went through with it! Great office, great staff and youll be in good hands. 5 stars!!

The staff is very personable, informative, and caring. The doctors, technicians and other staff are very open and engaging and make the entire process easy. My PRK surgery took about 9 seconds per eye, yes, 9 seconds!! I was amazed with the results once I opened my eyes and could see clearly across the room. Although PRK has a longer recovery time than LASIK, its truly worth it. I look forward to improved vision of the next several weeks. The one gesture that stood out most was a call from Dr Willis the night of my surgery to ensure I was comfortable, Dr. Willis is a stellar physician that I would highly recommend.

Why didnt I have this done years ago? I was so scared and apprehensive.... After my prescription got worse during my last eye doctor appointment (Coke bottle glasses) I decided to check out laser surgery. My doctor recommended it for me and he was specific about checking LasikPlus. He has no association with this clinic, by the way. Now I have 20/15 vision (yeah, 20/15!) and the whole process was a breeze. Quick, painless. Amazing results right there and then! Who knew I could see this well??? If you doubt it, go and have a free checkup at least. You have nothing to lose.

Ive been wanting Lasik for years and put in a lot of time and research when it came to selecting where I would have the procedure done. I am extremely happy I went with LasikPlus! The staff is friendly and informative, youre always put at ease. Love their longer hours (early mornings and evenings) and the fact they are open on Saturdays, so I didnt have to miss work for appointments. The surgery was quick and I could tell that same day that my vision was better than it ever was with contacts.....seriously! If youve been debating Lasik, go for it and I highly recommend LasikPlus!

The staff at Lasik Plus was fantastic. I was very nervous and they take it all in stride. I found Dr Will to be extremely competent and I am very happy that I chose his team to do my procedure. I am a little over 48 hours from my out and my eyes feel better than if I had worn my contacts today. I know some people say that they feel fine first day but for me the first 24 hours were very uncomfortable but from that point on it has been constant improvement. I am glad I went through with it and I am also glad I went to LasikPlus!

Friendly staff and very professional. Im looking forward of getting rid of glasses and contacts. UPDATE. I ONCE WAS BLIND BUT NOW I SEE!!! Dr. Wills and his staff are truly amazing. I was nervous probably like everyone else. I mean we are talking about your eyes!!! They walk you through the procedure and take away any fear and anxiety. Dr. Wills is simply superb. Took my mother to get the free appointment and check if she qualified for lasik As soon as we arived and talked with the receptionist they made us feel like we were family and not just another customer we got our appointment scheduled and everything went smooth as can be, "this was one of the best decisions I ever made" according to my mom. So happy with how everything turned out and thank you so much to Dr.Neil specially for making sure my mom was comfortable and at ease the whole time everything was going on.
