This doctors billing and insurance handling is nothing but illegal. Do not see her unless you are okay with seeing a doctor and not having it reported to and covered by insurance. I visited this office several times, was told to make a payment BEFORE the appointment (and later discovered I no longer even have a copay with my insurance), I never received any kind of itemized bill (100% illegal, I can sue her practice for this) and when I spoke to my insurance, found that the office had filed my appointments with codes for conditions that I have never in my life been diagnosed with. If you have seen her, please do yourselves and other Richmond individuals a favor and prepare documentation so you can take legal action.

Went with patient and first of all she consistently spoke of Jesus and how opening up to Jesus would help. Im sorry i found that quite offending since that is not appropriate behavior from a Dr. So i felt intimidated by her. I was honest and truthful with her the entire time. At my great time of medical need she was cold and dismissed her patient. Not caring like a true Dr of Medicine. Would definitely not referr her to anyway ever.

I have had trouble out of the front desk with keeping up on my appointments or following though, Dr.bell wasnt that great to me I had referred a couple friends who also after a visit or two didnt return.

I had an appt. canceled on me without my consent and for no reason. When I showed up for my appt. they acted as if it was charity fitting me in. Overall an unsympathetic and unwelcoming vibe.
