HORRIBLE!!! Stay far away! If I could give no stars, I would! I just visited this place recently for a really bad sore throat and swollen glands. I typically go to the other urgent care (Family Immediate Care) right next to this one, but decided to try this one due to it being new. I was one of two people in the waiting room. The front desk employees did not even greet me or tell me to sign in; I had to ask. After having to fill out FIVE lengthy forms, the wait began. The other individual got called about five minutes after I arrived. However, I waited ONE HOUR before being called. To make matters worse, the "nurse" or medical assistant had no idea what he was doing. That took forever to explain the simple sore throat I had. Then I had to wait longer before the doctor arrived. It took another 15 minutes for her to get a swab test kit for my throat. Waited ten minutes for results, which she said was negative for Strep throat. They also charged me a $40 co-pay instead of the $30 that other urgent cares charge. I was in there for a total of TWO HOURS. The next day, I felt even worse, causing me to go back to my original Family Immediate Care facility. I was in-and-out within 30 minutes, and DID TEST POSITIVE FOR STREP THROAT. I got antibiotics, and am already starting to feel better. I was outraged, because Strep can be very dangerous if left untreated. Lesson learned, I will always use FIC in the future. I wasted my time, money, and health on AFC! I have only written one review in my life, but could not let this experience go in order to save someone else the trouble.

Worst place of business ever. Make sure to check your itemized bill, that will inevitably come four to six months later, in sure I paid for services that didnt happen. Although I cant complain because it was so long ago. Their "billing department" (which is just outsourced to an outside company) continued to tell me my bill was taken care of and the letters were just system generated. So after almost six months of system generated letters. I called the urgent care directly to find they create the letters and their system said I was not paid up. Granted the manager did contact me back with in 24 hours however it was to tell me the billing department did take my credit card information but didnt process it. So after several calls to their billing company with confirmations - now they are telling me it wasnt processed. Manager took the liberty of running the credit card I had given to the billing company months prior without my permission to close the account. So shady all the way around. I wont ever go here again.

I waited an hour in the waiting area by myself. By the time I was asked to go inside to be seen no other patient had come out, Im not sure what the wait was for. My co-payment was higher than the usual but I was going to be away for another 2 months and couldnt wait to see my regular doctor. Once inside the doctor didnt know what to do (I had a painful lump). She poked it for less than 5 seconds, said she didnt think it was cancerous and sent me home. Four months later I received an outrageous bill for I dont know what. I had the lump again and went to my doctor who prescribed medication and the lump disappeared within 2 days rather than 4 weeks. I travel a lot and end up going to urgent care more often than I would like, this is the first time the co-payment and after bill were this crazy high especially for nothing. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Since zero stars wasnt an option I guess I have to give them 1. Worst experience I have ever had. When the doctor came in the room he didnt even tell me his name or shake my hand like every doctor Ive been to has done.. his eyes were blood shot red and he kept looking around the room as if he were drunk or on some serious drugs. I work at a restaurant and I know how someone is when they are drunk and he definitely seemed to be intoxicated. The way he asked me questions was very discomforting and really put me off. I left a voicemail yesterday as soon as I left and asked them to call me back and they havent. I called today and the "manager stepped out." I still havent heard back.

If it were possible to give this place zero stars, I would. Had to visit this place for a potential UTI and have never dealt with more irresponsible staff. On the first visit, they failed to send out the urine culture to test for the UTI....but treated me for the symptoms. I was back in the urgent care within 48 hours, only to have them tell me, "we dont know what happened." They treated me once again for a UTI, sent out the culture, and I then never called me back to tell me the culture was clear, and therefore the medical issue is a more complicated condition which I should seek treatment for. I dont know how this place is practicing, given the level of negligence.

I hate to give negative reviews but I feel like its necessary. Probably the worst practice Ive been to. A simple google search offered better treatment options then their care. A doctor is rarely on staff. The NP who "treated" me said she didnt want to argue with me when I asked for additional treatment options. I tried my luck twice and it was the same experience both times. I suggest going over to Patient First in Sterling for professional care - they actually ran tests and found the problem. Im sure they can get the job done for physicals and such but if you are ill its not worth the risk of improper treatment.

Just not good in so many ways. First off, I waited over an hour and a half by myself in a room to see a nurse practitioner. I wanted to use them as primary care because I had moved to the area recently, but these very simple non-controlled substance drugs to maintain my blood pressure they would only give me a 30 day prescription. Ive been on these drugs for 15 years, and they are safe enough to give a two year old. And then the final kicker is I didnt pay attention to the prescription, and it was wrong. I had to have them call the pharmacist to get them fixed. I definitely wont be returning.

Great service professional staff and very affordable. I paid only PCP copay,,, yes I paid my deductible which sucks but that was my responsibility. They are good with time. I am an Asthma patient it is a disease that needs more frequent and unexpected care. My PCP usually doesnt have time when I have an acute attack episode, and I have high deductible ER and high copay as well. Used to go to Patient First or another Urgent Care in Great Falls, but not anymore since, I have and Urgent Care in Herndon. It is convenient and available whenever I need them unexpectedly for and acute attack.

I had a good experience, they are good with their time. only thing was that their medication dispensing were slow. Other than that I am happy. The place is clean and receptionist was very helpful. Quick in and out. I called and the receptionist told me there is no one there, when I got to Center there were 3 filling up their paper I wish their registration was electronic. The provider was listening to me carefully and my all question was answered. I will go again and again there, it is convenient and you just park at McDonalds parking lot and walk in to clinic.
