This office is very slow. The staff seemed friendly but I saw Dr. Grady who was very rude. She has a horrible bedside manner. When I asked about changing a rx she was quick to tell me she was leaving the practice because she was sick and tired of dealing with pain med issues and the people who abuse them. I was told by her to go to pain management which I was ok with. She didnt let me tell her anything about what my past history was. She spent a lot of time on her computer. Her phone rang at least 4 times during the visit and took the time to press a button, and her pager went of too. She didnt bother to ask me what rxs I needed filled, and said she sent the electronically to the pharmacy. She changed one of my meds and I have no idea what it was changed to because it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I have for now been trying to get the meds I need since Thursday of last week. Someone from her office called me 4 times on Friday and asked me about the meds. I told her they were not called into the correct pharmacy and she asked me which pharmacy. I gave her the name and number of the pharmacy, she called me at 5 pm on Friday telling me the rx was called in. That pharmacy closes on Friday at 5 pm. It is only open M-F from 8:30-5pm. Since I have to participate in this specific program I cannot choose any pharmacy. I called the pharmacy today and they told me they have no record of the rxs and that they were called into the pharmacy downtown. I explained that this was now the third time it should have been called in there. She told me to call the doctors office. I had lab work done and would be surprised if I even get those results back anytime soon. It was an important test but I feel confident saying I really think they wont call. I guess we will really see what happens. This doctor is leaving the practice at the end of August. My suggestion to her would be if she wants a successful practice that she needs a better bedside manner, and listen to her patients. She in my opinion she deserves a F as a rating.

My friend was just a victim of identity theft from here. Somebody stole her info out of her patient chart including social security and applied for a credit card using their address and racked up thousands of dollars of debt. Absolutely do not get your care from here. Its sad because the doctor may be good, but the staff have ruined the place

I was going to this Dr.for years (23) years! its so much of a turnover rate.Staff rude as heck. Didnt NEVER get my appointments scheduled outside to see specialist like I was supposed to. Dr. Joseph is an wonderful physician. Having a staff like she do now it truly hurt me to leave. My health is #1.
