Worst customer service I have EVER received. Your receptionist Angela should be fired for awful service and lying to patients making appointments. I tried calling for a depo-provera shot for a week, and she was the ONLY one I spoke to. I wanted to know if I could pick up my prescription the night before and bring it in the next day, and I was told that a nurse would need to answer that question, and that I would be called back. This was on Friday of the week before last. 7 HOURS pass and I receive no phone call, so I call back and inquire as to whether or not I will be getting a call, or if someone forgot. Angela is the one on the phone, and she tells me "Sometimes the nurses answer questions in-between patients, others wait until the end of the day". So I hang up. I received no phone call that day, no phone call Saturday, no phone call MONDAY. I make the call on Tuesday. Angela is the one on the phone again, and I ask her if she could please put me on with a nurse because I have been waiting several days and apparently they are the only ones who can answer my questions. She asks what my question is... I tell her, confused because I already told her this question on Friday, and she tells me "Who told you you couldnt pick up your Depo shot the night before?" and I said that no one did, I just wanted to make sure She responded with "I took depo and no one ever told ME that I couldnt pick it up the night before, I dont know where you got that idea into your head." By now Im pretty upset because this is a question Ive been asking for a week, and I want to know why she hasnt told me this before now if she had the answer all along! She tells me this is her FIRST time talking to me, which is a bold faced lie, because her tone of voice is unmistakeable. She says all the notes in the system concerning me are not done by her, and by now I feel not only mad but LIED to. I ask "So now that I can get the prescription overnight, can I schedule an 8am appointment?" She tells me that the earliest I can do is 8:30, which wont work because I have to be ON my way to work by then, and that I will have to find a new GYN. I tell her Im mad because all of this could have been avoided if my questions were answered when I FIRST asked them, instead of shuffling me to the side for nearly a week. She gets a rude tone of voice with me, saying shes sorry, but that theres nothing SHE could have done and she keeps trying to set an appointment with me. I tell her SEVERAL times over the phone that this will NOT work with my schedule, and Im irritated to have to reiterate what Ive ALREADY told her. She keeps going on and on even though Im clearly done with the conversation, and I hang up the phone. I have been recieving phone calls for a week now asking me to schedule! I am so mad! Your receptionists do NOT listen to people over the phone or shed already know that I absolutely do NOT want an appointment here and NEVER will AGAIN. I want the phone calls to stop, Ive even received a letter in the mail over this, and now honestly all I want to do is be left alone, Im already in the process of finding a new doctors office. I will be at your door at 8am sharp tomorrow asking for my medical paperwork documenting my depo shots so I can take it to my NEW gynecologist. Its really a shame, because Terry was a great GYN. I might of even tried to work around my schedule, if not for the awful experience I received. Take me off your call list and mailing list. I will never be coming back to town center family medicine, and I will tell all my friends and family to avoid this place like the plague.

I switched from one doctors office to this one and regret about it. For 10 years I never had a medical billing problem in my previous office. But in this office I already have. They sent me a bill to pay for annual routine exam. My insurance always covered it before. The previous doctors office took good care of it. I called to this office several times and I called to Insurance. The problem was that the doctors office ( dr. Dolcich) sent the claim to Insurance with the code for a physical exam and I needed a well woman exam. Insurance covers a well woman exam every year and physical - every two years. I was told by receptionist at the doctors office that these exams are similar. The Insurance representative I spoke with confirmed it. Insurance will pay the same amount for either one. The billing department has to change the code. But the billing department at the doctors office is unresponsive. No calls back. They dont care. When I went to speak about it, I was told that they will look into it and someone will give me a call. I have been waiting for a week and recently received the same bill again. I called again (5th time). The representative said that someone will call me back tomorrow. 3 days passed - no one called. I pay a lot of money for my insurance. My employer pays a lot for me too. I pay more than I use. I use Insurance money only for routine exams - thats all. And the doctors office wants me to pay for that too even though it was their mistake, which they dont care to fix. I have scheduled a well woman exam and they said that its OK to schedule, because insurance will cover it. But now they want me to pay. I am wondering if the doctor Dolcich is aware of the situation.

Just had the worst interaction with trying to schedule an appointment over the phone. I called, and after waiting several minutes on hold for someone to answer, I told the guy that I wanted to make an appointment and pay my bill. He asked what the appointment was for. I told him, "med-check. Im on anti-depressants and I was told that I had to come back in six months for a checkup." He pulled up my account and asked what was the medicine. I told him Paroxetine HCL. He asked me, "what medicine? I dont see that one." I repeated myself. He said "whats it for?" I repeated myself, "depression." He asked me again to say the name. I said the brand name "Paxil" and he said "thats not here." I physically walked to the medicine cabinet and read the name off the bottle: "PAROXETINE." "Oh, I see it" he said. He asked me when I wanted an appointment and I said, "sometime before my pills run out" and he was like "when?" I finally just said, in the next two weeks. There was confusion from him but we finally set up an appointment. It was taking him some time and he finally says "one minute, Im just reading some notes here. Are you aware of the balance on your account?" I called to pay my bill and make an appointment, remember? "Oh, oh yea. What bill did you want to pay? Another bill?" WHAT?!? I WANT TO PAY THE BALANCE THAT I HAVE WITH YOU. How hard is that? Finally got it paid, but it was way more frustrating than it should have been. IM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY. IT SHOULDNT BE THAT HARD.
