Multiple problems with Dr. Raffo (or his staff??), got very negative experience with my daughter (eventually diagnosed lyme disease): 1) staff messed up a code for lab test -have to go back to the office 2) one of the prescribed test insurance treats as an "experimental" and denies payment: staff answer - "sorry, our mistake but cannot do anything now???"; the lab that made the test sends me bills with outrageous figures 3) the prescribed antibiotics was one of the weakest and didnt have any effects ; 4) finally, the doctor and the staff stop returning phone calls and not helping with insurance or labs or providing documentation required for appeal. Avoid!!! The day after I posted the "review" above on some sites, Dr. Raffo returned the call and explained that the test he prescribed is needed, and I have to pay the full bill or can sue the insurance (note: Dr. Raffo is in-network provider for the insurance). Decide for yourself whether you go to this doctor.

My wife has been treated by Dr. Raffo and has had PT at their Germantown office. Our experience has been very positive. The doctor was knowledgeable of my wifes condition and how to treat her. The PT therapist was instrumental in getting her back up to speed. The offices and PT areas were always well kept and clean. Also the office staff was polite and the our appointments have been convenient for us.

Dr Raffo and his team are amazing. My daughter had three knee surgeries and received the best care. She played 4 years of competitive soccer following her surgery and is still playing in competitive leagues. Dr Raffo performed elbow surgery on me and I fully recovered. If you need orthopedic care go to Dr Raffo!
