I waited almost an hour past my appointment time to see my doctor (Julie). I understand that I am a "young adult", but I really dont appreciate being treated like Im stupid and as if I dont know anything about a condition Ive had my entire life. I came to get medication Ive been recommended by someone Ive been seeing for several years. She kept trying to convince me to "go to college" as if that would solve all of my medical issues. I found it very intrusive for her to tell me that I should "wait to get married and pursue my education instead". My life is none of her business and I feel very insulted by the way she pried into my life and the things she said to me. My therapist has been trying to get me to start medication for years, and Ive been very leery about doing so. When I finally decided that I should take the advice as the best thing to do for my mental health, Im confronted with this woman who only cares about my education and my sex life, which is absolutely none of her business past the basic required questions she needed to ask.

I had been a long time patient. Always say Esther the pa..they are out of my network for my insurance. But had been there so long and Esther knew me and my hisory. So was chronically Ill alot and would have to have appt. Went in Esther great..but would sometimes still be ill. Call in and reps say. Sorry have to have appt. Nothing we can do..she would put me on different anti biotic and amother huge bill. Always made made monthly payments. Never missing..then called to make page and crystal.I thought sweet sd oh no you have to pay more. I was shocked. Already at my max w me and my 2 kids and my husband. She got nasty made my usual payment. 1 week later had letter from Dr Krantz..a dr I dont see saying we are terminating you as a patient due to your attitude. Blew my mind. I was in shock.what? Beware money hungry. ALWAYS MADE PAYMENTS

They get 2 stars because in this day in age, there really is no excuse not to have email addresses and ability to scan documents to them.
