Pretty bad experience. Never got to see a real doctor but the assistant Brittany Lundberg was just awful in my experience. I had been sick for 6 weeks when I first showed up there and she actually seemed like she was interested in diagnosing me. I was guessing mono so I asked her to test for it. She insisted I was wrong and argued with me about everything even though she had no results to base her opinion on, but she tested me anyways. The results came back positive and she lied to my face and said i didnt have mono. She said I was fine and there was nothing wrong with me. After asking for a copy of the blood work it turns out I do have mono and she lied for no reason. She never did anything else to diagnose or treat me. 3 weeks later and Im still sick and this Brittany is trying to do my yearly physical instead of facing her mistake. Im done making excuses for poorly trained or undereducated medical "professionals". Shes not even a doctor, she shouldnt be seeing sick patients. The lab did all the work for her all she had to do was read English. You failed at reading. The wait times are also outrageous. Would not recommend

You walk away feeling that this place is appropriately named. The Doctors (profits) come first. I enter an office of coughing patients to be handed an iPad-like device with a stylus (pen) tucked away inside it that every other sick person in the office has used. After I answer several questions about my symptoms, a full screen advertisement comes up for eye drops (I was there because I was having problems seeing). All I could do was laugh at how ironic this whole thing was. I entered the back area on my third visit to find yet again another phlebotomy student taking my blood. The doctor himself was nice but with all the cut corners, the Pharm-company supplied check-in device that tries to push their drugs and the clinical students that work for free to meet their required hours, you cant help but think that this place is appropriately named; it puts the Doctors profits first. This is the third time I have written this review. It has been deleted twice before when there is no incorrect information.

Dr. Malik is an excellent, knowledgeable physician. I am a nurse myself with almost 40 years of experience. I have always been treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Being a nurse, I understand the pressure physicians are under to see as many patients as they can in a day, which limits their time with each patient. Dr. Malik always takes his time to answer questions, and discuss any concerns that I have without making me feel like he is in a hurry. The office staff are always polite and courteous on the phone and in the office.

I went as a first time patient and they were able to fit me in that day. The online scheduling is fantastic so you know what slots are available. The Gaithersburg location has good parking and the waiting room wasnt crowded. I didnt have a long wait. Dr Malik was really nice and I felt like he actually took the time to understand my concern and check it out. He also took the time to make sure I understood how to remedy my situation and when to follow up, if needed.

I have been a patient in Dr. Maliks Practice for almost 8+ years and have found him extensively knowledgeable and professional, His attention to detail is impeccable while listening to symptoms and all the time prompt diagnosis and right treatment have made the visit smooth. His staff is very friendly and the wait time is exceptionally low and it would not be an exaggeration that I barely had to wait for my appointments. The office is modern and clean...........

Dr. Malik and his staff are consummate medical professionals. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, whether on the phone or at the office. Dr. Malik has a genuine interest in my health; it shows during thoughtful and complete examination in office, and later through his personal follow-up to review my labs, x-rays and general well being afterwards. Im a new patient. The very professional approach here is one I welcome and am grateful for.

My experience with Dr. Malik and Dr First started with my aging parents. I sent them to Dr. Malik office and He treated my parents very well. Now my whole family are the patients of Dr. Malik! Dr. Malik utilized advanced medical record system shared with patient, which is very useful. I communicated with Dr. Malik for various matters from refill request to condition explanation and always got his reply quickly. Highly recommended!

I usually go to the Gaithersburg office but also go to the Germantown one on occasion which has some of the same staff. Both locations are great and I have yet to have any problems with either location over the past 3 years I have been using this office. Highly recommend them. Very professional, caring, skilled, and have yet to have to wait more than 5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen.

Had to get my labs done , the service was very prompt in scheduling and staff very helpfull with follow up . Doctor Malik was very Proffesional , spent time explaining my labs and remedies . I have to drive up a little to his Gaithersburg office occasionally as I live close to that location , but more often if I just need to see him I choose Germantown office .

Dr Malik is the best Doctor Ive seen. He routinely takes the time to listen to my concerns and gives me different options for course of treatment. Also, he treats the problem and not the symptoms. His staff is courteous and offices are top notch. Wait times are usually within 5 mins of appt time. I highly recommend Dr Malik and his staff to all. Great Doc!

Dr Malik and his staffs take great care of my mom. They are so friendly everytime we come through the door. Every visit, Dr Malik takes his time to listen to the medical symptoms she describes and patiently explain what he thinks they are and how he would treat that. Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great primary doctor.

The front desk has provided me with a great customer service experience every time I come. The wait time is not long and they have appointments same day that you can book online.

I have a great experience at Doctors first in Germantown. Wonderful staff and Dr. MALICK is the best doctor I have had. He listens to all my needs and address everything. Also, I love that hey are open on Saurday and have late appointments so I dont have to take off from work.
