Do not go to this office. Dr. Joseph is fine, his office staff is not. I was billed for service 2 years after the visit. When I called to question the bill the person there said that "old statements where sent out in error" and that I would have to speak to Sandy. I left a message for Sandy to call me back. After a week and no return call I tried to reach Sandy again. Once I got Sandy on the phone she was very standoffish and rude and told me that I have to pay now or be sent to collections. What kind of business practice is this? All I wanted to know is why the bill is being sent now instead of 2 years ago when I would have happily paid it. The bottom line here is that Ill be looking for a new doc.

My son went to get a tetanus and diptheria vaccination required by his school. Instead of billing him for vaccination, the doctors office billed for vaccination and for a sick visit. This resulted in them getting paid double the amount. I called my insurance company and they said the doctors office has to correct the code on their claim. I have called 3 times but nobody bothers to do anything. They promise to give a message to the office manager but the next person I call says there are no notes that I called earlier. Stay away from this doctor and his office.I asked for the doctor today and was told by the nurse that i would receive a call back but the doctor didnt call----a harassed patients mom

Waited two hours, the wait room was filled with sick and coughing people, Dr. Joseph spent two minutes with me and had no idea what was wrong. Took a wild guess and left the room. He got his money and I wasted my time. Never go to him!

Hes been our doctor for the past 15 years. He is very good for general treatments and he refers to the right specialists for any specific issues.
