How can I discribe en office that has really bad costumer services and dont have the knowledge they need. They put you on hold so many timesthat every time they are on the phone is another staff, or I forget what I was talking about ... The staff talk on top of the patient so nothing gets done...I mean this is just a big mess... I been going to that office for a long while now... They dont know how to schedule people right .... The staff called me couple of time and said "we cant take you" out of no reason after we made the appt 3month in advance... I had to find out on my on why... Thats not even close to costumer service

All he and his nurse did was take my blood pressure. They didnt do anything else. All the normal things like looking at my eyes, ears, checking my spine, he did none of that. He just took my blood pressure, asked me about my lifestyle, gave me some advice, and then quickly moved me on to take a blood test. Later, I learned that the blood test costs about $200, so in the end, I didnt get a proper physical, and he took my insurance money. Its a scam.

Great doctor. Actually cares about his patients. Listened to me and treated the patient not just lab results. So good Im bringing my mom to him for care now. Mostly Korean practice but he is fluent in both English and Korean. Staff is polite and very professional. A+++
