The doctor himself is not very pleasant to woman, but he is quick. Once I had asked for another prescription after.... lets say unlikable side effects.... and he refused to prescribe anything else, but find his practices biggest downfall is their customer service. I had asked for an appointment and i guess the woman who answered the phone is overly sensitive. I had accidentally hung up the phone and immediately called back. The doctors son (jay) answered and i had apologized and explained it was an accident. But i proceeded to ask if that was the earliest appointment available. He then proceeded to yell at me that they are appointment based and not walk in.... i was aware but was just hopeful for an earlier appointment. Then he proceeded to tell me i had purposefully hung up on his co worker. To which i replied if i had do you think i wouldve called back and apologized. I am currently seeking another physician. ALSO THEY WILL SEND YOU BILLS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS WITH THE LIST OF WHAT WAS DONE AT THEIR VISIT!!!
