I was really dissatisfied with the whole center. At the entrance, there are 2 girls at the reception which I am not really sure why there are there. You have to do your own check up at a machine, and when you ask for help, they dont bother to come and help. They dont bother to get up, they barely even answer your question, with an tone like "you are stupid you dont know how to work the machine". The nurse was nice, but I am not sure why he had to ask very private questions which had nothing to do with why I went to see a doctor in the first place. The doctor was useless, literally. She did not discuss with me what was my concern, she talked about what she thought is important. So she send me to all sorts of tests, and she gave me referrals to other specialists. And in 10 minutes, she told me something like "your time is up!" so we cannot talk about my problems. Im wondering why did I go there, except to put money in the pocket of doctors which make anyway a ridiculous amount of money. Did I mention the first question they asked was "What is your insurance?" and not " Why do you want to see a doctor?" It is really sad that this became a business about making money instead of helping patients and their health problems. I am never going there again, and nor should you if you want an honest advice.

Dr. Wing Tan with the Frederick branch of the J.H. Community Physicians has been such a support in my healing journey. Dr. Tam takes time to diagnose the issue, makes good suggestions, and is very supportive. When I have a question, I can email him, knowing I shall receive a quick response.
