When my bottom retainer, which had been in my mouth for almost a decade, broke, I went in to Dr. Knuths office to get it repaired. After a particularly long wait, which the office did apologize for, my retainer was glued back in, and I thought the problem was solved. However, two days later the retainer broke again, so the office "fixed" it free of charge, after another long wait in the waiting room. A few months later, when I was no longer living in Greencastle, my retainer broke yet again. The office refused to reimburse me for getting it fixed elsewhere, so I was left to foot the bill for their shoddy work. If you value quality dentistry, beware this office.

I hadnt been to the dentist in years when I had a tooth issue on a Sunday. I called first thing on Monday morning and they were able to work me into their busy schedule to get me all fixed up! They also helped out with my less than a month old baby! They were very helpful in going over the cost of services as well as able to help recommending in fixing another tooth at the same time to help make my visit more cost effective! They have helped make my fear of the dentist go away! We look forward to future visits for our whole family!

Recently I had quite a bit of work done. Doctor Knuth and his staff were so kind and caring during this stressful time. They were gentle and took VERY good care of me. I even received a phone call the next day to make sure I was doing well. They are a group that truly cares about their patients. Not only do they care about your dental health, but your well being throughout the whole process. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have a fear of dental work!

I never thought I would find a dentist that I loved as much as my childhood dentist back East....I was wrong!! I LOVE going to Hometown Dental. They just have great service, and a very easy process for new patients. The office has a comfy atmosphere, their associates are genial, and you can tell they enjoy coming to work. My hygienist, Ashley, was skilled, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. Dr. Knuth was awesome, as well! Keep up the great work!

Great office staff, wonderful dentist!. Its a one stop shop for my family of 6. Dr. Knuth did the ortho work for my tween and did a fabulous job (we had a second option at avon ortho and chose Dr. Knuth) his plan of action and execution of the ortho work was great and we were in and out of braces earlier than expected. Super happy that we stayed in Greencastle for the ortho work. He is wonderful with my younger children as well. We Love HOMETOWN Dental!

Absolutely love this place. Ive had several dentists from Terre Haute to Indy but this is by far our favorite. Ive trusted Dr. Knuth with adult braces and hes done a wonderful job. The front desk is always casting infectious smiles and all the dental assistants are amazing. I go there monthly for cleaning or orthodontic maintenance and I have never had a bad experience. Make an appointment and youll thank me later :)

Everyone is super friendly!! They remember prior conversations after 6 months between visits and the building is always filled with laughter. The billing process and information about procedures are easy and understandable. They offer a great text service to confirm appointments. I have had several different experiences with dentist offices with my kids and they top the list by far!

I feel blessed to have found an entire dental office made up of amazing people. From the ladies at the desk to the ladies in the back and, yes, even Doc...make you feel like a member of their team. Theyre always smiling, cracking jokes, interacting with the patient they are taking care of and the patient across the hall. Not to mention, my smile is the best its been in years!

Gentlest dentist and dental assistants ever! They took my "I dont like going to the dentist" squirming daughter into "I have a dentist appointment today dont forget" and comes out smiling! They also listen to what you say and remember it. They asked my daughter if she had a good time on her spring break trip and always complement her clothes. Love Hometown Dental!

My hygienist, Ashley, is very friendly, knowledgeable, caring and she does a great job! I will continue to use GHD for my dental care as long as I live in Greencastle and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Other than the paying part, I dont even mind going to the dentist anymore. The staff is wonderful. Ashley is very gentle when she cleans my teeth. Ive had a couple of teeth that broke in the last few years and they got me in right away and fixed me up. The staff are a fun group that actual seem to like each other and their jobs.

I love this office. They take such good care of my daughters. My girls love going to the dentist. I am going next week to have some work done and I know they will take good care of me too. They gave me a bouquet of flowers last time I was there because they knew the dentist office was a scary place for me in the past.
