4 years ago I started a journey to get some much needed dental work done that was to the point where it was hurting my health. Dr. Frey and his staff were so completely understanding of my fears and the daily embarrassment I had from my smile. I will never forget the day that Dr. Frey gave me my smile back, his reaction and the reaction of his staff made me feel so much better about going through all the pain to complete all my dental work. If I need to get in for something quickly, there is no issue. If I need to move an appointment, no issue. If have questions, no issue. I know ever time I go for a dental appointment that I am met with the smiling caring faces of dental practices that truly care about their patients and the work they do each and every day. I enjoy and look forward to getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I will not recommend any other dentist to anyone, period. There are plenty of dentist in the city of my residence but I choose to drive 35 minutes because of the quality service Crawfordsville Family Dentistry provides. GO CUBBIES!

My wife got referred to Dr. Frey by one of our friends... I started going too, as our last dentist in Lafayette IN appeared to be on a crown every tooth, and buy every high tech tool binge... Not that I am against technology, I just didnt like where it was all headed $$$. So I have been going to Dr. Frey now for three years or so and have been very satisfied with his care, and his staff. You spend a lot of time with the hygienist, and Dr. Freys hygienists are a great bunch... You feel like they know you and your family, they care... then take time to discuss how to use the electric tooth brush you bought at wal-mart, make measurements on you gums etc... Appointments are easy to get for the times I like (I always schedule out six months forward), and the staff sends me a card in the mail to remind me (I like that over a phone call). Like all Dentists, you get a free goody bag with a tooth brush, floss and toothpaste (great for my travel bag). Highly recommended! Handle my insurance for me, fast in and out...

I have been to several dentists over the years and always felt like I was pushed in and out...just hurry up and fix it to get paid. Dr Freys office is as far from that as you can imagine. Everyone treats me like I am welcome and most of them know me as soon as they see me. The dr. is patient and explains everything to me in detail when I ask and makes the experience as calm and pleasant as can be. While all of that is a big plus, the most important thing is that the work I have had done there is absolutely wonderful. I have even had shoddy work from another office redone and the difference is remarkable. If youre deciding where to maintain or restore your smile...this is the place.

Dr. Frey and his delightful staff were/are the most professional, kind, and accommodating people ever. I recently went to a different dentist in town (I was new to town and was not aware of my now former dentists reviews). My former dentist did not perform a procedure correctly leaving me in agonizing pain, with little care or concern as to how I felt. I called Dr. Freys office at 12:30pm on a Friday, they were the only office open on Friday. The heard that I was in extreme pain and quickly got into the office. They got me out of pain quickly and I recommend this office to anyone. Hands down, they are the go-to office for dentistry in Crawfordsville. Thank you guys.

They eliminated my pain, and began a long process of resolving my crisis. Dr. Frey and his staff were professional in every way.
