This Man (Dr.Konnerman) Is HEAVEN SENT!!! Seriously.... My Puppy Took A Turn For The WORST Yesterday (SUNDAY OF ALL DAYS,Where Only EXPENSIVE Emergency Clinics Are Open) And What I Thought Was Just A Worm Infestation Turned Out To Be Parvo. I Went Today,No Appointment And Waited For Them To Open Their Doors... Eyes Full Of Tears And Them Having An EXTREMELY Full Schedule,Seen My Grief And Desperation,Told Me Bring My Puppy Inside.. Dr.Konnerman Got Him IMMEDIATELY And Diagnosed Him! Other Then Him Being SUPER NICE,HE GENUINELY CARED!!! He Had My Puppies Best Interest At Heart,And Not Only Treated Him... He Gave Me HOPE!!! And Driving My Puppy To His Clinic Today More Then Sure I Was Going To Be Told To Euthanize Him... I Think Hope Was Something I Was Looking For The Most! This Man Is TRUELY THE BEST!!! So Now Im Sitting At Home With My Puppy,I Finally Stopped Crying... And I Have Some Sort Of RELIEF And Honestly Feel Like Everything Is Going To Be OK Thanks To That Man! Ill Forever Be Greatful For Him! Im BEYOND THANKFUL... I Had No Appointment And He Had A Waiting Room Filling Up With Patients... He Could Have EASILY Turned Me Away And He Didnt! Im SO GREATFUL For Him... Ill Never Take My Animals To Any Other Vet. When You Find Someone Who Cares About Your Fur Baby More Then Money.... Its A BEAUTIFUL Thing!!! There Was No OUTRAGEOUS Pet Fees. This Dr. Is The TRUTH!!! A WONDERFUL Man That Loves What He Does! It Doesnt Get Any Better Then That! Thank You SOOOO MUCH DR.Konnerman And Your WONDERFUL Staff!!!

Ive been going to Dr. Konnerman for several years now. I live almost an hour away since I moved, but its worth the drive. I appreciate his staff and the service. He treated my 2 dogs even though he had been bit earlier that morning by another dog. His hand was swelling up and he was not going to disappoint his canine patients by going to the doctor to treat his hand!! He should have, but his dedication is like none other and he was a trooper. The staff is kind and professional. I dont remember the name of the lady that sits at the front desk. She is awesome. The team works very well together. She came to Dr. Konnermans aide since he was injured and could not use both hands. The other lady who cleaned my dogs teeth did a very thorough job. I love the whole team. The outside of the clinic doesnt show the efficiency and great customer service buzzing around inside because it has been there for a long time. I think its great that they dont renovate for visual appeal which keeps the costs down. What counts is the service, not the fancy building or décor. Im not saying there arent good ones here, but Edgefield costs less for the same routine services with better customer service. It all depends on what your pet needs. If its vaccinations or teeth maintenance this place is it. Thank you EDGEFIELD! Keep up the great work!

I am eternally grateful to have finally found an honest, down-to-earth, and affordable vet in Dallas! Dr. Konnerman is a gem of a human! The way he interacted with my kitty was just wonderful, you can tell how passionate he is. The whole appointment was so painless and personable. Now, as a lot of pet owners can surely agree, when it to comes to my animals health, I can definitely be a pushover, just because I trust that the professionals know what theyre doing, so I continuously found myself emptying my pockets just based out of ignorance and the concerned-vet fear tactics that I have experienced with other vets in Dallas. There is none of that here, Dr. Konnerman is practical and honest about your animals health. No arbitrary procedures and mysteriously vague medical fees at this place. Thank GOODNESS for people like him! Call ahead to book your appointment! If you are coming from another vet, bring your records!

Im going today to pick up meds for the pups. And, I cant be happier to have a vet like Dr. Konermann. The doc and his staff are very professional, caring and attentive. Theyve remembered the dogs names for years now.... four dogs over 17 years, to be exact. It is an old building... this is Oak Cliff... and it is clean... clean enough for me to trust Dr. Konermann to operate on two of my dogs there. So, there you go. Thank you Edgefield Animal Clinic! I just moved to Oak Cliff, and this place was recommended. Im so glad I took my cat here! Dr. K was so nice, and the women who were working in the office were so friendly and helpful. Its also much cheaper than other places. I think its a bit older, but its definitely not dirty, as someone else described.

Dr. K and his staff are incredible people. He is very approachable and patiently answers all questions. My five dogs and cats have been patients for years and the staff all know them by name. I wouldnt dream of taking them anywhere else as I know at Edgefield they are in caring and expert hands.

Dr Konnerman and his Receptionist are the kindest friendly people ever!! They are reasonable in price and our Dog is always treated the best!! I have never had to wait no longer then 10 min. You have to call to make an appointment for dog service . Its an old type building in Oak Cliff. Charlene

Great animal clinic. Very knowledgeable doctor, no wait and very affordable. Spent 2 hours the night before at an emergency clinic on Fitzugh, spent tons of money to leave with nothing. Edgefield Clinic got us diagnosed, treated and sent home with meds for way cheaper adn faster!

They should even have a start on this thing ....to people who care about their pets dont take them here. They will squeeze every last dime out of you ! Their things are outdated and the place is filthy. The people are rude and dont know what they are doing ! Beware of this place
