They were very gentle and caring with my very ill cat. They explained his prognosis very clearly and were thorough in going over all of his treatment options. They were upfront and clear about the cost of the tests they were recommending and explained what each test was for so I could make an informed decision on what tests to authorize without feeling pressured. The final bill was more than I hoped would be necessary when I came in but still within what I could reasonably afford and was well itemized so I understood exactly what I paid for. My cat is now slowly recovering at home on the diet they prescribed and Im sure without their help he wouldnt have made it.

Currently on hold as I type this comment...I have been on hold for 20 minutes now. They pick up the line and then put me back on hold without saying anything. I called the phone number back on the other line and a Pets Mart associate explained that "we have nothing to do with Banfield". Finally they answer and I advised I was on hold for 27 mins and she never apologized at all. Worst experience ever...we get better service at the spca and its much cheaper.

Called the store to check on availability for annual exam at 2 p.m. Rang into the stores answering machine. Tried again. Same response. Called the store directly, got customer service, asked them to check and see if it was closed; The employee taking my phone call was told by a hospital employee that, "they were closed for lunch. and were coming back. at 2:30." WTH?! If this is standard practice, Im not bringing my dogs in there.

From the moment we stepped in we were greated by the nice receptionist. The vet who checked our puppies was really nice and explained everything to us. We didnt feel rushed through the checkup at all...unlike at other places.
