Been going to this clinic for a few months now, never had a problem up until now. Took my dog to be seen last month, had to wait almost an hour, when it was finally our turn one of the assistants (I assume) complained to me that they were short staffed and that the mgr refused get more people, I understood her frustration and didnt say much. Last week, my dog got very sick so I called the clinic before showing up to give them a heads up. I didnt want to be one of those people overreacting and taking my pet to the vet for an "emergency" visit when it isnt so decided to go to Banfield first... When I called I was told they werent able to see my dog and referred me to another clinic, understandable at that point. HOWEVER, the girl went on to say the reason why the couldnt see my pet is bc they are what: SHORT SAFFED and didnt even offer the drop off option. I dont think thats fair for those of us who pay for a service that wont be provided bc management decides not to staff the location to properly provide services based on demand. Called a 2nd clinic, same story they couldnt see my pet and they referred me to a 3rd clinic... REALLY? I called their CS # today bc at this point I am extremely unsatisfied with their service and Im told that in order to cancel my plan I can either pay off the rest of the year or call the clinic and talk to the manager to work things out which I did. Mgr name is Diane I believe, she wasnt much help. Said she would talk to her staff as to stop complaining with customers, that they lied bc she did hire more people ( she actually said "well thats a lie"... Guess calling your staff liars is ok huh? ) and that next time I could ask for her directly but nothing about the issues I had trying to get my dog seen or about helping me with the cancelation. Last month was my last visit to this clinic, sad to say that bc the staff there is very nice, cordial and same goes to the vet that usually saw my dog... Cant say the same about management.

Absolutely terrible experience. I dropped off my 4 lb yorkie for an ear infection and when he was returned to me a few hours later he was wobbley and confused. At first I assumed it was the side effects of a senative. By the following morning it was painfully obvious he was BLIND. After a phone call with the vet and an immediate evaluation of my dog all they could say was he probably had a stroke. If you value your dogs eye sight DO NOT take them here!!!!

IN LOVE WITH THE STAFF BUT ESPECIALLY IN LOVE WITH MARIANNE.. MARIAN (not sure how to spell her name unfortunately) but she was so helpful and very detailed in explaining the process of my puppys spade procedure. I know my baby girl was in good hands. Thank you.

I have been taking my cat here since she was 6 weeks old. The service is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!
