I went here for a drug test and physical for a new job. At first, I was impressed; all of the staff were polite, quick to respond, and the facility was clean. The technician that administered the test was friendly and worked in a timely manner. However, after being escorted to a room for a physical, I waited for over 45 minutes for the doctor to come in, examine me for about a minute and a half, then tell me someone would be in to get me for the remainder of the exam. I could understand this kind of wait if the facility were busy, but there was one other person in the lobby when I entered, and the center seemed nearly empty as I was escorted through the halls. Im almost furious, but I cant rate this place at one star, due to the excellence of the nursing and technician staff.

This place doesnt even deserve the 1 star I gave it but this is the only way I could write my review. I was here with my boyfriend to do a drug screen/ physical for a new job. We got there before 11am. We waited a few minutes then he was called back. He sat back there for 2 1/2 hrs. THEY HAD ALL GONE TO LUNCH and forgot about him!!!! The Dr. Was a female w a very thick accent. She was very rude and unprofessional . This place is horrible. Dont go here unless you wanna waste ur day and deal with rude Dr.

Worst experience of my life!!! I went to get some titers done.... they had someone who was there to practice on live people who had no clue what he was doing... *He cut of all circulation in my arm *Then tells me I dont have any blood in that arm...NOT KIDDING *So his trainer came and stuck me in my other arm to get the blood I was sore for two weeks..... the wait was the longest .... 30 minutes not sure why bcos there were only 3 people in the waiting area. WIll never go back and do not recommend.

Total of 120 minutes with only 4 people waiting including myself before they actually call me inside. Horrible service, front desk employees ignore you completely. I wait for 40 min before asking if everything was ok and they said. Oh, you need to fill out more forms. I mentioned my id # /info was wrong. They said its ok just go a head fill it out and sign because we dont send those forms out anyway. Thatsppyillegal actually.

My appointment was set for 2 p.m. I got there at 1:40 p.m. they did not call me back until 2:50 p.m. then I said in the exam room for another 20 minutes waiting for the doctor. There was only one other person in the lobby when I walked in then several people came in and they all got called back before me and then after all of them then I was called back.

This was my very 1st visit and it lasted only an hour. My only concern is that there was no x-ray tech onsite. He/she had gone for home for the day. The staff and the nurse practitioner were great! The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my problem was.

I was welcomed by a professional staff and asked to wait in a clean, inviting waiting area. I liked the Dr who took time to answer my questions. When my lab report was received, the Dr called with my results and verified that I had followed up with my primary Dr. I was impressed.

I went with back pain because i got hurt on the job they gave me some therapy they said it would heal with exercise its been 1 month and i lost 11 pounds and my lower back still hurts. They never took exrays nor MRI i just desided to quit my job and be home to recuperate.

Ive been in and out of Concentra locations several times over the years for quick drug screenings. Almost always in and out in 15 minutes. I waited an hour at this location, and there were very few people in the lobby. I gave 2 stars for the friendly receptionist.

Came for a physical and drug test. After completing my drug test and lifting, they put me in a room to wait for the doctor for over AN HOUR. Im furious. They seem to have no interest to get you out quickly and in a timely manner

I arrived to the Clinic at 3:46pm, for a vaccine only. The nurse in the counter gave service to everybody that enter in that room. At 5:00 pm, she told me that I need to fill out two more papers. They released me at 5:40pm.

I went in for my annual DOT physical at 9 am. Did the paper work, was called back to do the physical part 8 minutes later. Every thing went smooth received my card and was out by 9:45. The staff was great.

Clean facility but soo painfully slow. The waiting room is empty and Ive been waiting for over an hour. Dont come here unless you want to make a whole day out of it.
