The phone lines are always busy and the staff is rude. I was initially happy with my actual doctor, but after they went on maternity leave (without any notification to me) the replacement doctor denied my prescription, again without any notification to me and unwilling to make an exception. The reason for denial is that I was due for an appointment. But when I asked why I wasnt notified, they said it had not been a full year, so the notification had not gone out. Clearly there is a gap - it hasnt been a year, and I am out of my year prescription. Not to mention I was told I didnt need to come in for 2 years. When the replacement doctor denied my request - there was still no contact to me. I only found out because my pharmacy called me. There was clearly no communication between my doctor and her replacement, and no communication to me directly. This office had no issue with leaving me without medication, and no notification of that decision, and I will NOT be returning.

First of all when I arrived girl told me I needed to make a payment of $40 in order for her to draw my blood. I paid that amount it showed up on my bank account. Then she stuck me once only to find out she did not have the right type of needle. Then she stuck me again and blew my vain. I had to walk around a week and 1/2 with a huge bruise on my arm. Then about 15 days later the lab charges my account. At this time it caused my account to over draft. When I call customer service their only explanation is that is how they do business. Buyer BEWARE!

When I arrived this morning the room was full and I almost left, but a gentleman was holding the door for me and I went in, signed in, and took a seat. In thirty minutes all the people in the room had been served and it was my turn. My tests were done by a very competent and attractive young woman named Kenya. I barely felt the prick. I recommend this lab. I have been going there for years, and have never had a bad experience there.

They need more staffing. The staff looks stressed and so is not effectively communicating to patients. This is an administration issue. I do not understand why you have to wait with everyone who needs to have a specimen collected to drop off a specimen that has been collected. I felt sorry for a medical professional who had already collected a specimen who waited in line with everyone.

Been going to this location for several years.Fast,friendly service even with no appointment.I am hard to stick and not very passive if ticked off (not my best.virtue). But no need for it because these people are excellent at what they do.God bless them!

Very disorganized. Staff didnt seem to know what they were doing. I waited for half an hour and during that time they saw one person. My estimated wait time, given that schedule would have been 4 hours. I dont recommend that you ever go to this location.

The job gets done but I much rather go to Labcorp!! Labcorp is much more professional and friendlier. I have been to the QD in Mansfield and Arlington and both are the same. Not rude but not pleasant.
