When I arrived, I waited maybe 3 minutes. If you go the first hour they are open, they get you in fast. I read the reviews for this location before going. Some reviews said the employees were unfriendly. I did not see unfriendly employees, just employees that did not want to be at work. Who does? If I had to deal with a new person every 8 minutes, I would not be all smiles either. She did a great job of taking my blood. I was out in 15 minutes. The part that took so long was waiting for the lady in front of me to check in. The iPad was scary and different, so she struggled with it.

The phlebotomist had an attitude from the minute she called me back. Refused to process my doctors order because there was no FAX number (the orders are from Parkland - you know - the biggest hospital system in Dallas). Then snapped at me when I tried to get the orders back to go to another facility. Stay away from this location.

I came in for bloodwork. The experience was awesome! I had Mrs. Keisha, she was the best. Mrs. Keisha!!! Quick and easy. Ive always been skeptical and truthfully afraid of needles. I hate doing bloodwork. To my suprise Keisha did an excellent job. I didnt even feel the needle nor did it hurt afterwards! Awesome experience!

This facility was appealing, convenient, had a plethora of friendly, courteous staff. I was on and out at ten am in the time it usually takes to check in at other places, I highly recommend this location!

Came here for some bloodwork and saw Mrs. Keisha and she was amazing! Staff is super friendly and the facility is really clean. Will definitely be returning for any future labs I may need.
