The South center is the absolute worst clinic I have ever been too. The receptionists are extremely rude and short with you, they never answer the phones (which wouldnt be that big of a problem if theyd at least clean out the voice mail box so you could at least leave a message), they are extremely impersonal (I had 6 check ups there and not once did I ever even get to meet the person that was supposed to be delivering my baby), they called me after I left an appointment and gave me a whole bunch of confidential information about another patients medication and care instructions before I realized that they had the wrong Catherine. Over all, I was so disgusted and fed up with this place that even though I am in my 3rd trimester, I switched to a different clinic (in flower mound tx) and within 10 minutes of being there, received care that was a hundred times better than this place. I HIGHLY suggest finding a different OBGYN at a different place, this clinic is absolutely terrible.

Arrived 30 min early since the client is handicapped. Appointment was scheduled for 10:30a did not see the Medical Assistant until 11:30a and then didnt see the doctor until 11:50a was not finished with appointment until 12:45p. We finished with the doctor at 12:15p but the front desk just stared at us because she didnt know what was going on. There was nothing to do with the Dr. actually visiting it was the front staff not having the records on hand, having the wrong client name "due to a mix-up", poor management of time, poor management of clients in the waiting room and poor communication between the staff. This site is chronically late, so be prepared to be waiting even if you are the first person in the waiting room because the front desk might forget that you are there. Bring a snack. Overall this site needs a major over-hall from beginning to end.

More clinics available now, thats good! You have to realize that this is as close to medical help that a lot of us can get in Denton County because this county has NOTHING in the way of assistance (JPS Connections/Tarrant County, etc) for low/no income. That assistance will, by nature, create wait times. This assistance also means that theres not necessarily the latest & greatest of everything. The Mesa clinic will never...I believe...have a working fax machine so dont get refills sent there. When we (me) need to rely on assistance then we go with the flow on the delays that are inherent to that assistance. So.....if youre whining about wait times, understaffing, etc & you have insurance or the means....go somewhere else & allow those of us that NEED these clinics to utilize them without the 1% whiners. HSNT.... GREAT EFFORTS!!!

If this site did not require me to give this facility a star I would not. The office in Denton has lied several times about sending my daughters asthma medications into the pharmacy since her apt in May. When I called about the refills I was advised that my child needed to be seen. I advised the lady that my child just had her well child in May 2017. she then advised me that my child has to be seen at least 3-4 mths after that appt which I was never advised of. She then says that she has confirmation that the refill was sent on the 15th of August and she now has to ask the Doctor for the refill to be resent. BS. I advised her that i have never had this problem before. My child has severe asthma and she does not have medication. I would never recommend this office to anyone ever.

Staff/Receptionist are very rude & unprofessional. If you call, they hang up in your face...call right back, they are terribly rude. I wont say the Dr.s name, but was supposed to refill my daughters prescription...lets just say, weve been waiting for 9 months. My last straw was this week. I called to see if I could make an appointment...non available, so the receptionist told me to call back later that day, to see if there were any cancelations; so I suggested, how about you call me, if there are any...This nut calls at 3:56 to tell me theres an opening at 4! Even if I had jets attached to my butt, theres no way we could have made it! Horrible experience....thank God, Ive found another facility, with a staff, that actually cares.

At first I really liked this place I even switched my kids doctor .But then I had made an appointment for my daughter at 2 pm I even took out of school .We show up a few mins late due of traffic and construction around the area . Once we get there the girl on the counter refused service said we had to reschedule when we were only like 5 mins late then tells me the doctor that takes my daughter insurance wasnt there at the time..So I was very mad ! Why would they schedule her an appointment and also my kids have been here before. Some staff are ok it made me not wanna come back ever I switched because there doctor moved as well other then that I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone there staff need to be more professionals

Thanks to the ACA, I can no longer see the doctor Ive been seeing for years so I was extremely nervous when it came to finding a new one. The NP that i saw here was amazing. She made me feel that i was the only patient she had to see that day. She answered all my questions and has refilled my medications within 24 hours, every single time. She even called me on a weekend to let me know it had been sent to the pharmacy. The front office staff could be a little more friendly, but its understandable that they are frazzled considering the amount of patients they see on a day to day basis.

Avoid this place! There are animal clinics cleaner than this place. The front desk staff seems improperly trained and my nurse practitioner was even worse. She physically never examined me even with gloves on, so I am not sure how shes expects to get an accurate diagnose. The prescription she called it was wrong and the pharmacist had to sort it out. This was a terrible experience and I will not be coming back.

You have to wait one hole month to get an appointment, a week beforw the appointment they call saying that they have to reschedule for that whole day because the doctors going to be out of the court office and theyre not rescheduling for the day after they reschedule it for a month afterI havent been to a doctors office in years but it doesnt seem like this is right

Comment patients need to be aware of patients rights and if violated this needs to be reported to the patient advocate a poster should be located at every facility where to call. Rudness, treatment without dignity and respect, courtesy falls in negligence and other violations of patients rights. Report to Ombudsmen. This treatment should not be tolerated.

Had an issue with a prescription went up to the office and the staff was rude. The doctor then calls me at 930 at night to tell me I need to be nicer to his staff and then starts to talk down to me as if I am a child. Just so damn unprofessional.

This is the first time I have ever had to have a breast exam during an annual physical, even though I told the doctor I had recently been to the gynecologist, at which time this was already performed!
