If you have an appointment or if you dont you better bring something to do....youll be waiting for an hour I sat for 2 hours one day. When I went up to see what was going on they told me Id be next it should be about 15 minutes. Went up again oh youll be next there cleaning the room another 20 minutes go by..I finally told them Im sorry but your going to have to reschedule this appointment I have to be picking up kids at school. Next time I came in for an appointment from start to finish I was there well over 2 and half hours. My time is just as valuable as there time it is just plain rude and unacceptable.
