I had made an appointment for a biometric screening on Friday of last week. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 in the afternoon. I am 8 months pregnant and after waking up and realizing I would not be able to fast the entire day (I get hungry as soon as I wake up), I decided to go on in and see if they would accept me as a walk-in. As soon as I explained my situation to the receptionist, she immediately had me walk back to the exam room with her to complete the screening. She was very friendly and had me finished within about 15 minutes. I was very thankful for the generosity despite the fact I was a few hours early. I will definitely remember this location for any future needs!

I had no wait which was great, but not only was the girl exceptionally rude, she drew the wrong tube for a heavy metal test. I asked her about it and held up the wrong tube like see, I got it. I commented again, her reply was dont tell me how to do my job. That on top of her 2 inch fake nails is a big nono in the lab. I will be making a call to COLA about this.
