Where to begin. I show up early to fill out paperwork since I was a new patient. They didnt take me in until 0830, which was a half hour after my appointment time. I got here at 0730 and filled out paperwork and was finished by 0800. Got to the back CNA took my vitails and the regular things they do before your seated in the room to wait for the doctor. Doctor came in questioned my pain and suggested I was lying. When I said I had paperwork to be filled out and returned back to work; he said there is a $50 charge to fill out paperwork. He said, "It is not my fee. It is just policy and how they do things." He said this to me numerous times. Come to find out it is his fee. Whatever. I need it done. Okay. Now I get to the desk and she said that I needed to pay a deductible. Pardon me. What?! No I do NOT. My insurance has a shared account that pulls from so we dont have to pay a deductible. She then says they can send what I should pay to the insurance and they will either bill me or let me know I dont have to pay it and they took care of it. Me wanting to know everything I asked her is there a fee for that too?!!! She said yes if I end up having to pay for a deductible and not pay for it up front; that I would have to pay something. My deductible she said would have been $113!!!! WHAT KIND OF BOLOGNA IS THAT?!!!!!! I think negative!!! WORST CUSTOMER SETVICE WITH THE MEDICAL FIELD EVER!!!! Hidden fees, and money. All they want is your money. Staff before I blew up, were nice. Fake and pretended to care about you. But nice. Barely doing their job. Like I was trying to talk to the CNA and she was walking out the dot ignoring me?!!! What is that. You can be diresoected and pay tons of money if you like ... Me NOT so much. Not happy at all!!! I also have to wait for HIM to do my paperwork when it is good for him! I need it by Saturday the lastest!!!! And that is pushing it or I wont have a job! I also drove 45 minutes out of my way too. For what nothing?!!!!

very caring and very organize office Both doctors are very good dr. Tipton and dr. Le always answer my question and help with what I need . The front desk as well. Nurses give call backs & answer all my questions thank you Methodist Arlington for great service !!

Great place! Love Dr. Le! He is awesome. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. Always tried their best to accommodate my family, and my referred patients. Im not from the area but do not mind driving to be treated by great doc and his team!
