Ive seen lots of bad reviews about the SAME complaint i have VERY unprofessional the receptionist is AWFUL it all started when i was at work made my son an appointment she said 3:00 i aske if 3:30 was ok she said yes then i get there BEFORE that time and she tells me im late (and i left work early) so of course i was pissed and told her shes wrong about the time she told me( i put it in my phone as a reminder so i know the time was right ) anyway i left and never went back i found a better place ....so today my mom made my son an appointment but accidentally called them instead of our new place so i called back to cancel and in a rude way the snotty nose receptionist said "dont worry we didnt book him" ( because of our last encounter)i said thank god and hung up! Its a good thing she sits behind a desk and answers phone and deals with not to many people because her communication skills are AWFUL and let me not forget when they did see my then 2 yr old the lady doing his eyes was asking him what certain things were to see if he can see now he just turned 2 at the time so of course he cant talk that good so he just stares and the lady says hello can u hear me whats this stop playing? So UNPROFESSIONAL take your money else where im glad and satisfied i did!

Did not deliver as promised. Purchased glasses December 31st and communicated clearly that the glasses needed to be shipped as we were moving by the time of the promised delivery date (11 days out). We paid extra for shipping and gave the shipping address for the account. The glasses never arrived. After contacting them, the said the glasses were shipped UPS ground but could not provide a tracking number. The excuse was the doctor had the tracking number and they would contact back with the information. This never happened. I will be issuing a chargeback with my credit card company and contacting the insurance company so they can retrieve their money for fraudulent service. If you need glasses as a necessity to do your job, BEWARE! Absolutely disgraceful failure of promised goods and service.

Terrible service and completely bad business sense. Burien Eyecare Center did not even earn my business at this point, but because I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times they threatened to charge me a $50 "NO SHOW" fee. I never cancelled my appointment, or not showed up for my appointment, I was intending to come in for my appointment until they left me a rude voicemail stating that they would need to charge me a $50 fee "if I didnt show up" that day. That was a huge turnoff! You cant just simply charge someone and bill them for something they never agreed to? Let alone never even DID. I am appalled and disgusted by their level of service and would not recommend this place to anyone! Do yourself a favor and stay far away!

The staff made my entire experience comfortable from the moment I scheduled the appointment to the moment that I walked out the door. I dont know much about my insurance benefits but the receptionist made sure to explain it to me in full detail, which made my experience much easier. The flow was very efficient so I spent little to no time waiting at all and was in and out in a fair amount of time without feeling like Dr. Bansal rushed through my exam. Although I am young and dont have any current medical problems, it was still nice of her to explain in detail the kinds of issues I need to look out for with my family history.She is very knowledgeable and I feel confident in her care.

The service is terrible!!! Ive been dealing with a false claim they submitted for months now. I have been hung up on, ignored, and they have refused to correct the claim. I took my daughter there for what I thought would be a free comprehensive eye assessment through the infantsee program. Now Im receiving bill after bill which they claim I legally must pay. My son went in the same day, not as an infant and they billed our eye insurance, correctly. So not only didnt they honor the free exam, they billed the wrong insurance anyways. Save your energy and your money!!!

I had a very bad experience... very unprofessional. The staff their are very ignorant. My friend and I walked into their office and the receptionist was very rude. She did not care to assist my African American friend. She ignored her questions and basically told her to go to another eye care place. When I asked for her information to report incident she refused to give me information. I simply cannot find enough positive words to describe my care at B-Town Eyecare! At the first exam, my experience could not have been better. Every single person with whom I made contact with was professional, courteous, and friendly…they really appear to like their job. A few weeks later I had to make another appointment because Id gotten a bit of metal wire stuck in my eye. Dr. Bansal got the metal out quickly and without any problems. I would recommend this clinic to everyone – they are really great!

I am very impressed with the service and professionalism at B-Town Eyecare. I have always had trouble wearing contacts in the past and was hesitant to try again. Dr. Bansal was able to fit me with contacts that feel great and gave me great vision, and I didnt have to go back a million times like at my previous eye doctor. I was so impressed with her professionalism and "bedside manner". I highly recommend B-Town eyecare and will be coming back to get new glasses very soon!

I went to B-Town Eyecare a couple weeks ago for an exam and new glasses, and couldnt have been happier. Dr. Bansal and her staff were extremely knowledgeable and personable! She took the time to fully explain everything to me and made sure I got what I needed. I didnt feel rushed at all. I also love my new glasses and have received so many compliments! Ill definitely will be going back there for whatever eye care I need in the future and taking my family as well.

Dr. Bansal and the entire B-Town staff are amazing. I mostly just wear contacts but do like having a pair of glasses for watching TV in bed and reading...but picking out frames always gives me anxiety! The opticians always helps me find something that looks good on me, Id actually wear my current pair out of the house! Have been a customer for the last few years, even though I don’t live anywhere near it. I definitely recommend my friends come here, too.

This is an excellent place for eye care. Dr. Jatinder Bansal, is knowledgeable and very astute in all types of eye disease. The staff is fantastic , informational and professional. I came away learning a lot about vision care. They will assist in the proper eyeglasses, and more. I love my prescription glasses through B-town. Thank you much for everything.
